The customer service from the adult ladies working the day we placed our order was exceptional. I regret that I did not catch their names but one of the ladies came by to check on our food and satisfaction. It was an unexpected pleasure. Burgers at Hardee’s are very good. I got the Famous Star just under $10 for the combo. My daughter got the cheeseburger which was just right for her small appetite.

Wow. Never eating here again! Service definitely lacked, ordered 2 big hot hand sandwiches 2 monster burgers…and they only rang me up for one of the big hot ham after stating 2 twice. Brought our food to us and missing the hot ham altogether! Fries were hard…mom couldn’t even eat hers.
Big hot ham was decent, monster burger patties were like charcoal.
Son went up to inquire about the missing sandwich and manager yelled at an employee.

It was a very friendly atmosphere. My reason for some of the lower marks were minor.I thought my burger was over seasoned (I am not a fan of salty things). Also, I had to wipe of the table we used. Normally ,it would not be an issue, except it wasn’t busy, so they had time to check tables.

Three of us ordered separately. The other 2 got there’s and ate them completely before mine came out. And the whole counter staff seemed to disappear while waiting. Food was what you expect from Hardee’s.

Stopped in on a Saturday night about 8p, went through the drive thru and it was slow, now with that said, I’m going to assume it was because they were short staffed, one guy working the counter and drive thru window and I am going to assume one working in the kitchen, but I will say the food was good!

Waited 23 minutes at the drive through speaker before I could order then another 9 minutes after, they are slow and obviously trying to make their wait times look much better than they are by making people wait to place an order… Might look better on the reports but leaves customers just as upset. Will not be going back which is sad since there are not many options in Sauk
