I’ve had my challenges with Hardees restaurants in the past, but this is one that is good. The staff is friendly, fast, and they are smiling all the time. My food wasn’t as fresh as normal on my last visit, but that is rare as all other visits were good. I’m sure if I had told them about it, they would have replaced it with no problem. Unfortunately, I had left before I noticed. I recommend this place as a good fast food restaurant.

Front lobby was closed on a weekday at lunch rush, had to use drive-thru. Drive-thru was highly accurate on my order and very fast, even considering the long line. Food was okay, not anything to write home about. Tried the “new spiral cut fries” and it was way too starchy with no real flavor.

Went for breakfast this morning, as we were passing through Cold Spring. The breakfast but biscuit sandwiches and hash rounds were delicious! The drive through service was exceptional- very friendly, fast, and served with a smile. We will definitely be back!

I like that they have 5$ meal deals just wish they would allow you to substitute the cookie for another Fry or to a med fry. Dislike the cookie due to it not being cooked all the way or at times its cooked too much and is super hard to eat. This Hardee’s as well took a very long time to get my order. Thought that due to the long line to go in cause there was no one in the lobby but I received my food very last and there was no one in the drive threw. And never got told they were sorry for the 15 min wait time I had for 2 meals

Yesterday we stopped and ordered $84 worth of food. Everything we ordered was either wrong or absolutely horrible. Most burgers had lettuce tomato etc. which we asked to be removed. Some of the burgers were “sour” in taste. The chicken tenders were not fully cooked but breading was crunchy and burnt. Turns out we were charged $20 extra …. Spoke to manager Colton- was pleasant and told us the fryer oil needed to be changed and to come back tomorrow . Came back today and had a female manager- who was less than pleasant and argued everything we said. Only gave us back $64 out of the $84- told us that was a lot of money to be giving back- well it was a lot of money to pay for something we did NOT eat. Would not recommend and will NOT return

I haven’t eaten at a dunkin doughnut in years. The food at this place is terrible. The pancakes were undercooked. That means they were soggy. The coffee was Luke warm. The person that waited on me was very unsocial. This is the very reason I quit eating at dunkin doughnut. I will not visit this place again. Ever

I have always liked Hardees. Not many of them around, any more.
For faster food, it is a good place to eat. Though Hardees in itself is more expensive than most, portion size seem smaller, I feel but it’s always been good. This place has great employees, very kind they were and the place was clean. Nice to see a few tvs, as we were able to watch the current football game that was playing. Easy access, no wait. I would stop again.

Cashier was rude didn’t welcome us at all, when we waited for our food for 10 minutes when it finally came we were given the wrong order which was understandable. Our original cashier brought us our food but yelled at the guy who gave us the wrong order infront of customers. Mrs. Kaylee R should be fired for poor service. The floors were also sticky and tables were not clean at all.

If I could rate this place a 0 , I really would . I went in today at around 5:40 and this girl with red long hair was being really racist and laughing at me bc I’m half Mexican although , I speak fluent English. It disgusts me that someone would laugh and say mean things about anyone in that case.
