Just went through the drive thru and I rarely have any problems here – Today was no different. The gal in the drive thru was very pleasant and apologized for not getting my “dr pepper with no ice” incorrect and gave me a new one without ice in it. The mushroom & swiss was good as always and so were the curly fries. Very good place to eat at and would definitely recommend going here to anyone stopping through!

After getting food poisoning from them and being compensated by coupons, we gave it some time and started going back. Not doing it anymore at this location. Ever since Hector left and Colleen took over, it’s getting worse and worse. The employees are always rude and the orders are always wrong. Tonight was no different. The guy taking the order in drive through needs to actually pay attention. I asked if they had sweet tea, he thought i was asking for meat and cheese. I asked for no ice cuz I have trouble drinking things that are cold, it has ice in it. We asked if we could get something with cheese sauce on it, he said they don’t have it. Then while waiting for our food we found on the app where it says they have it. We asked the guy to get the manager cuz he was getting snotty with us. At first he refused, but then he got her when we wouldn’t move. Over comes Colleen who tried to tell us they haven’t had it in over a year when we just had it 2 weeks ago, and she was being snotty also. Ever wonder why they have such a high turnover rate for employees? It’s cuz the manager treats everyone, including customers like crap. We stopped going inside cuz your feet stick to the floor even after they just mopped. Ever heard of deck scrubbing to get rid of the grease? Maybe that’s why there was a fire a couple years ago. The building is cracking so bad, hopefully it collapses when there’s nobody there so we can get a decent business there instead.

Met my husband for lunch. The one waiting on us had no idea what specials were, and didnt offer a choice on fries-crinkle cut and that was it.. I had a regular roast beef and the meat was more off the bun then on. When we finished eating my husband left and I stayed to relax, read, and enjoy the rest of my noon hour. The guy came over and asked why I was there if I needed something…pretty sure I’ve seen many people sitting in there w/o purchases in front of them before. We spent $25 on lunch, sorry for taking up space & breathing the air and extra 20 minutes.

I have never had a more rude experience in a drive thru in my entire life. We were trying to tell her our order and it was hard to hear so we were trying our best to tell her our order. When we said we wanted curly fries, her response was “your gonna drink curly fries too?” With a whole lot of attitude. Then when we said a dr. Peper with no ice, she said “woooooowww”. And then gave us the drink with ice. The rudeness was unreal when we were polite the entire time. Will not go back again.

Lady at drive through was rude and was not pleasant at all. I asked about military discount since some Hardee’s have that and her response was snotty. I ordered the bltfrisco and the sauce tasted weird. I got home and got sick and have been sick with food poisoning for past 3 days. I do not recommend this location.

I want to like this place. When the order is correct, it’s great. I don’t mind waiting. But ROUTINELY they screw up my order. Worst place in town for it! Today, ordered a cheeseburger kid’s meal, no pickle. Five piece chicken tender meal with medium dr. Pepper, and a chicken sandwich meal with a medium coke. Kid’s cheeseburger had pickles, the five piece was actually only a three piece, and we got two dr. Peppers instead of a coke. The lady in the drive through was the SAME LADY I have always had problems with irt accuracy. Beginning to think it is on purpose.
