Adam, the general manager, doesn’t understand customer service. We downloaded the app to use in the store. The app has a welcome bonus for a 3 piece chicken strips with purchase. We never received them. When I asked the server, she went to the GM, because she couldn’t do anything but bring out food. I overheard the conversation and Adam said, “they used the app but we don’t honor it here. They don’t get any chicken strips.”
We also ordered a drink during “happy hour”. We were charged $3.49, not the happy hour price of $1.39.
Not sure what is wrong with the store, but you have at least two very unhappy customers, plus the customer in front of us that also had an App issue.
$17.00 for a burger, fries and two drinks is absolutely ridiculous.
So is your manager and his lack of customer service.

Chicken tenders were not tender and more like a chicken nugget. They used to be more than 2 or 3 bites. Not pleased at all with these. $11.00 used to get a better meal.

Didn’t even order anything. Parking lot had 3 vehicles in it. As we pulled up to the drive through, there was one vehicle ahead of us, and one already at the window. The place was Very slow. When we pulled up to order, instead of being greeted, we were told we have to come inside to order. No explanations, no apologies. I was done right then and there, but my daughter(whom is very pregnant) wanted food right now. Went inside and they told us that they have to limit the number of drive thru orders to keep from overwhelming the cook. The couple of people that were inside, already had their food, so we would have been at Most, the third order, but apparently 2 is the limit at any given time. Very disappointed with our visit, and will Not be returning.

I want to give a personal shout out to a Hardee’s Crew Member Remington from New Ulm store # 1505900 for being extremely Friendly, Polite and above all Very Professional. It’s members like him that has us customers coming back… Thank You once again Remington keep up the Great Work

We go to the New Ulm Hardee’s whenever we are in town. I would normally rate it a 5, but the manager who was fixing the food screwed our order up and the food was horrible!! The food is usually great. The 3 other employees were trying to explain to him that we didn’t get all of our food. He didn’t listen to them. All he did was yell at them. They were not busy and he spent the entire time yelling at them and telling them how they were doing things wrong. We were sitting in the restaurant and had to listen to him our entire visit. First off he shouldn’t be talking to his employees that way and secondly he shouldn’t be talking to them so loudly that everyone in the restaurant can hear him. I gave the 3 employees each a $5 tip and told them they did a great job and that, as their manager, he shouldn’t be talking to them like that and they deserve better. I hope he reads this and learns how to treat his employees.

I was planning on grabbing some breakfast so I didn’t go grocery shopping hungry, but was told it will be a long time because he is the only one working. When I asked how long a long time is, he gets snippy with me as if I’m the a55. Sorry, not sorry, “long time” isn’t a valid form of telling time.
I was at the sleepy eye one shortly before they closed the doors and they had 1 person working. How long you gonna last New Ulm. To the rude single employee, I sense you love your job so much, but I suggest finding work elsewhere, preferably behind the scenes.
Hardee’s is done receiving my money. Bad enough you stupidly started putting potatoes on the breakfast burrito when one is actually able to obtain one.

Brandyn found his way across the dining room promptly to greet my friend and self. He was patient, kind and an attentive listener to both of us.
My friend was quite appreciative as she is hard of hearing.
When the food became available, the cook gave us a heartwarming smile telling us she hopes we enjoy the biscuits. They were mouth watering; embodying an impeccable balance of flakiness and moisture with a gentle butter taste on the finish. We agreed that between us we order this menu item 1-3 times per month and this was hands down the most delicious meal we have had at New Ulm Hardee’s.
Kudos to Brandyn and Brit on the great teamwork we witnessed late this morning. Just two other items 1) The lobby pop machines had not yet been turned on and 2) The inside lobby and dining area would benefit from a facelift and more comfortable seating as this locations business seems to have really picked up. It’s obvious why.

Very dirty dining room, floor was really sticky and all the tables were dirty with only 1 other party dining inside while we were there. The staff was friendly, even though they forgot our milkshake until we went and asked for it.
