I took my mom for breakfast on Mother’s Day. The restaurant wasn’t busy. I ordered from my app to take advantage of a special.
I ordered my mom the B/E/C biscuit with hash rounds and orange juice. I had the biscuit and gravy (2 orders), 2 blueberry biscuits and sweet tea. The order was taking longer than normal so I went to the counter to ask about it and was told it was being made. I requested my second order of biscuit and gravy to be prepared to go.
After 15 minutes, I went up to the counter and said I have been waiting far too long for fast food since there was only one other couple who came in after us. This was insane waiting this long for a simple order. The order finally came out. The hash rounds were cold and the biscuit on my mom’s sandwich was falling apart. I never got my sweet tea, and I went back up to find out where it was and was told they were making it. Are you kidding?? Tea should be made first thing in the morning for customers to order. At this point, I was irritated and told them to forget and I would get a soda.
Interior of restaurant had dirty ceiling vents and Christmas decor still up.
Got home only to find my biscuit and gravy that was to be packaged to go wasn’t and my meal was soggy to eat later. Ugh!!
This restaurant needs some help in executing with no excuses from staff as to why something wasn’t ready.

I ordered two simple cheeseburgers on the app. I was literally 2 minutes away so they should have been putting them together when I pulled up. Unfortunately BOTH burgers were wrong. I feel like they were left from another order because they weren’t even warm- they were cold. The cheese was totally solid. The tomatoes tasted bad- like they had been sitting out for a couple days. We got them to go from the drive through and got back on the highway headed out of town. When we realized how awful these burgers were we didn’t want to turn around so we tried to call. NO answer. What a shame. Definitely the worst burgers we’ve ever been served. Gross.

I spent $34+ in the drive-thru for 20 mins all to get TWO of the nastiest Frisco burgers you can imagine. Frisco burgers are awesome if they don’t come out a soggy mess like mine did. Top it off with 3 orders of curly fries that were barely warm. Funny thing is this: I was waiting for fresh curly fries – according to the staff. By far this has been the worst visit at ANY Hardee’s. $34+ is not pocket change & this location consistently puts out nasty food. Shame on you Hardee’s. Get your act together or shut it down because you should be embarrassed & ashamed.

Ordered through the drive up. 1, 5 piece Chicken tenders meal and 1, 5 piece Chicken Tenders. Waited about 7-10 minutes for fresh ones fried. The one, 5 piece Chicken tender box was pitiful. Couldn’t even call it 5 pieces, one piece was just batter deep fried and the other 4 pieces were pretty much little pieces of chicken. Definitely went away very hungry.

Pretty disappointed. This Hardee’s used to be pretty decent, not any more. The food was okay, but the service and interior left quite a bit to be desired: when we got our food, we asked the gal for ketchup because there wasn’t any out at by the pop machines, and she just turned away without saying anything and left. We had to go up to the counter and ask for it again. Half the supplies by the machines were out, including ketchup, cup lids, etc. One couple had been sitting there for 45 mins waiting for their food and after we got ours, they got up and told the staff they were done waiting and left.

First view was seeing a ladies butt crack.. then took forever for our luke warm food..then had to ask for a different burger 2 times. Once for giving us the wrong burger and then the other had a hair in it… dont recommend

Waited 10 minutes for them to take an order which should have been my hint to leave. 30 minutes later they decided they needed biscuits for everyones order. This place is an absolute joke to visit. Bathroom is filthy, workers are lazy, and slow and cold food. Whoever owns this should be embarrassed by their business.

My wife and I live in Swea City and stopped to get some supper to take home with us. (About 5:15pm 3/27/25) I went in and ordered our food and while I was waiting for our take out order I noticed how meticulous the person preparing the food was! Even when it came to wrapping the sandwiches! He did a good job!
The person working the drive thru and the counter was also very good! Working hard! Friendly and polite as well!

Waited almost 30 minutes never got our food finally asked for a refund and that took forever when asked for the corporate number was told no we can find it for ourselves. Go to the McDonald’s across the street you will probably get better services and at least get your food.
