Just thought I would share this year we asked for fresh food we were told they just came up. Got my chicken. It was cold. Told the manager the manager said as long as within a 30 minute window they’re considered Fresh and that was that he would not remake we asked for a curly fries got regular fries were made to pay extra for having to go back to get the fries that we ordered in the first place don’t understand why the customer is not respected when they have special request, and this was directly from the manager

Buddy and I came to Hibbing to run an errand stopped by ordered a monster burger with the works and a regular monster burger with curly fries. To start the fries were oh so crispy and hot cooked to perfection we demolished those, now onto the burger how to I explain it oh I know I my buddies words when you want to have a taste of your childhood, the meat was juicy with a perfect char the bacon just brought everything together, the works you ever get those burgers where the works is like not really the works NOT here every bite onion tomato pickles and lettuce all the way to the last bite. Whoever was running the kitchen on 12/04/2025 needs a promotion or a raise because this is what all fast food burgers should strive to be.

I really enjoy this Hardees location. I’ve never had a bad experience with any employees, food is usually always delicious and fresh. I wish they would bring Onion Rings back but I understand that they cant. When the food is on point, its god tier. I’d eat here every day if I could manage it haha!

Found plastic in the food I got after eating half of the sandwich. When I went back the worker at the window told me they don’t put plastic in there food. Obviously they don’t intentionally put plastic in the food, but they could at least admit that they accidentally got plastic in the food they cooked. Horrible service and no accountability. Do not recommend going to this Hardee’s.

My friend and I ordered two mushrooms and Swiss burger meals and got the wrong food. We called their and some girl said come back. Then got treated like shirt by the guy at the counter tying to get our order fixed so we walked out and went to subway to eat.

Ordered 2 big chicken sandwiches and got some small stuff that was processed chicken parts and burnt.

I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service at this Hardee’s was shockingly bad. There was one rude, inattentive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone and when she finally did, she acted like I was an inconvenience and when I politely asked for my missing item to be corrected, the employee rolled her eyes and handed me it aggressively and then walked away with no have a nice day or goodbye. Completely unacceptable. What happen to the guy with the glasses that had great customer service and always seem cool calm and collected. I won’t be coming back.

8/17/25 8:15pm absolutely terrible! Order taken and we wait and wait and while standing in the lobby. Very tall crabby young lady asks if we have ordered yet, yes we have. She asks what did we order? What’s your order number? All the employees are standing by the fryers talking. She asks the employees why have they been waiting 14 minutes? Employees starts in our order. No gloves when assembling our sandwiches but to top it off a young man decides it would be ok to stick his finger up his nose not once but 3 times while putting our sandwiches together. Do better Hardee’s!!!

They could not get the order screen to work and when one of them asked the other if they should take our order through the drive-through instead the one lady said no I ordered all my food online before they got that system hooked back up at no point should you leave somebody standing at the till because you didn’t want to take their order elsewhere?
