Food: The burgers tasted great, even though they looked a mess lol. Our fries were hot and crispy, too. We also got a kids’ meal, which was really good. Our daughter loved the chicken strips.
Service: One of the employees that handled our order was really sweet. She was polite and patient. She was also understanding when my husband had to go back inside for the sauces that were forgotten.
Atmosphere: The interior wasn’t a mess, but it wasn’t clean either. I don’t know how else to describe it, really. There were only 3 employees working, and they were trying their best to make sure everything was done correctly. I’m giving 4 stars because the location should’ve been managed better. I know it’s tough trying to keep people hired on right now, but during a busy time of day, they needed more help. Hopefully, they’re able to get that soon!

Used the drive thru. Very pleasant employees, and quick, hot food. We ordered the chicken wraps and Frisco burger with fries. Very fresh and cooked the way expected, not just slapped together and sloppy. Everything is more expensive than it used to be, but I did not find it to be out of line for the amount of food received. We will definitely go there again.

The Shift Leader was amazing! Super kind and a great worker! He had patience with the kiddos while taking their order. Nice tone of voice and could tell he cared!!!! You don’t see that too often anymore! Wonderful experience!!!!

Drive thru was quick. I haven’t been to Hardee’s in so long. I could’ve sworn the burger. I got had mayo on it but mine didn’t nine out of 10 would visit again.

The service was good and fast, but wish they had taken a little more time to actually toast the bread better. It tasted good, was more warm than hot. Restaurant was clean. Counter staff was courteous.

Update 5/1: wanted to update my rating to appreciate the customer care team, someone reached out and apologized for the confusion and said they will forward the concern to the appropriate team and sent me a coupon for 2 small combos. I appreciate the follow up.
3/21: False advertising. I ordered a 2 for wrap and the board said make it a combo for .89 and they charged me $11 for 2 small wraps and fries.

Ordered a mushroom Swiss. Next to no mushrooms. Customer behind me got mad because they charged him over $50 for 3 burgers and they got the order wrong. High prices. Decreased portions from the last time I ate at Hardee’s. I like the food. But for the price it’s not worth it anymore. Move on.

We stopped in before a baseball game. My order for the past forever hasn’t changed. We ordered 3 double Frisco burgers, 1 with no bacon and extra cheese (see below, my order hasn’t changed). My burger, without the bacon, was only a single patty. Now, I am hungry. I would’ve ordered two burgers for me, but since I wasn’t paying, I didn’t want to run the check up. It was already $50 as it was. I went up to the counter to see if they would correct my food (should’ve been two patties), and I approached NICELY. The kid deadpan looked at me and said “that’s what you ordered.” Keep in mind he needed help with the register to take our order. I DID NOT order that. In the history of Hardee’s I haven’t ordered a single.
I got pissed. I normally don’t do that. EVERY place messes up. And looking back at it, maybe I shouldn’t have. In fact, I probably shouldn’t have. I should have explained to him the RIGHT way to act when a customer tells you their food is wrong. But I didn’t. And that is my fault. And even worse, it cemented this behavior in his head because I acted a bit like a Karen and now he is convinced he is right, even though his unacceptable behavior triggered mine. I expect a certain level of professionalism. Not just tell me it’s “what I ordered.” Make the customer happy. If I need to pay more because you rang up the wrong thing, fine. But don’t tell me it was my fault when I’ve been ordering the same thing for 35 years. AND the other two burgers were doubles, like we ordered.
This kid needs to be retrained. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially for the price.
$50 dollars. Three burgers, two fries, and three sodas. $50.
My food tasted ok. The ratio of meat to cheese to bread was all off. Not great. Fries were fresh. Soda was fine.

You can get three sodas, three burgers, three fries, and three nuggets from McDonald’s for $15. Is Hardee’s better? Yeah.
But I don’t need to put up with some pimply faced kid being a jerk about him not knowing how to run their register.

Very very very fast service for a Hardee’s. Much more so than the Midway location in the twin cities. People were friendly. Definitely a good experience, would go back for sure.
