They lie after calling to ask if the online order service would be up and running again soon the lady gets agitated and says it’s working no it’s not I order from this Hardee’s a lot for a friend of mine who has mobility and other issues that make it hard to make meals for themselves she goes onto say that she has had multiple orders come thru this no im like well news to me cause it’s been down for a week she started back pedaling I hung up said I’ll talk to corporate about it

There was a women working tonight, sep 6th 2025 she answered the phone so I’m assuming she is a manager, we went to get roast beef and chicken tenders, she forgot the roast beef so I called and said that she forgot it and was clam she said “actually it was NEVER on the receipt” very much with attitude, went back calm and she was very snappy, after we left I called and simply asked for her name, she said no and hung up, keep in mind I have cameras in my car and recorded the call just in case and I’m glad I did, this will be going strait to the owner. Word of advice for that women get out of customer service as soon as possible before you make the wrong person mad, also cut your nails it’s unprofessional.

The food was fresh and hot, but they were obviously having staffing issues. The same person was going from the drive thru to the front counter and seemed to be preparing each order by themselves. Understandably, the person serving us was a bit short with us. It took several minutes just to pay and get our drinks even after we had pulled up to the window. I might go again, but only if I have plenty of time.

Our breakfast came out relatively fast you could tell it was all freshly made and my breakfast burrito was amazing! Gal at the window was friendly as well

The food wasn’t bad and the people were nice but honestly the food doesn’t taste as good as it used to. Used to taste less dried out. People were friendly. Next time I’ll get regular French fries not curly because we threw out a large curly fry in all the hard ends we couldn’t eat. Sucks throwing away food at 5$ a crack.

Better than average execution. Sandwich was not sloppy and was put together neatly. The only complaint is they used an end piece of tomato. Dont like that, it was tough and chewy. But drive through man was super nice and food came quickly. 7/18/2024 10:35am.
