After seeing several commercials for your fish sandwich, I went to the Hardees in Rhinelander to try one. I went through the drive through so I could get back on the road home. The car ahead of me had to have had a large order since I had to wait several minutes to place my order. This wasn’t anyone’s fault just bad timing, but still frustrating. After I placed my order, I again had to wait due to some confusion with the car ahead of me. After a wait of over 5 minutes, I was able to get to the window to pay and get my sandwich. The girl took my money and told me to pull ahead and wait. My sandwich was finally delivered. After I left and got back on the road, I opened the sandwich and found it over cooked, dry and no flavor. I then noticed there wasn’t any lettuce or sauce, which added to the dryness. From the time I arrived until I left, I had been there over 15 minutes.

Usually the people working the drive thru are super nice, but I dined in with two kids today and a short manager with heavy eyeliner was very rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge my kids or our thank yous. I know everyone has bad days, but the least you could do is acknowledge children, it wasn’t busy at all ♀️ The younger blonde girl behind the counter was very sweet and patient with my special needs kid trying to order, the two stars are for her Most tables in the lobby were dirty too

This has to be the best Hardee’s out there!!! Friendly smiling faces every time I go here! Best food you can get for fast food also! Always fresh, hot, and tasty!!!! Definitely going to be my go to place when in town!!!

Literally sat at the drive up speaker for 15 minutes to not even be acknowledged. Finally drove to the window to not be acknowledged. In fact they immediately took the order of the car behind us.

The staff was super friendly and when I came back after there was a mistake with my order, they remade it and apologized. Mistakes happen so I wasn’t upset. I’m just happy my Mom got her special treat meal! Thank you to Tina, Ken, Jacob and Charlie for helping me! Highly recommend!

management was HIGHLY disrespectful. slamming window in our face, the second we ordered kept asking “is that all? anything else?” with a disrespectful tone. handed our bag to us and said nothing and slammed the window. got an attitude when we said we were missing a fry. we spent 70 dollars. sad experience over all to say the least. do better hardees.
