Big Hardee’s comeback — and it delivered. The revamped menu hit just right: burgers were huge and seriously tasty. Staff was on point, even bringing everything to our table. Felt less like fast food, more like a little adventure. Definitely going back.

I was so impressed with the fun loving crew this morning. My teenaged son was a bit embarrassed about dressing up in costume today fir school because he feels he’s too old fir it. This morning although an item was missed in my bag there was not only no hassle getting it. But they made him feel great when he walked in to get the item, but they loved his Sulky costume so much the staff asked for pics with him. Made his day. I was absolutely impressed by a great crew. Keep up the good work.

Rough parking lot and location but inside is clean and people are nice and helpful. Food is okay, typical fast food burgers. They will accommodate low carb requests. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for In-N-Out Burger showing me what a 5 star burger joint looks and tastes like.

I came in with two coupons and the ad from the paper that advertised buy one get one for $1. The fine print said it was available for in-restaurant orders. I went through the drive through and there was a young girl working who was super nice, but she had to ask her manager about the deal that didn’t have a direct coupon. The manager came over and took the ad, and her snarky reply was “nobody told me about this, so I’m not doing that,” and then she walked away, leaving the poor employee apologetic and embarrassed. I felt so bad for her… After years in retail management, I’d like to think I have a pretty good grasp of customer service and when to honor or not honor an advertised deal. While I believe it should have been honored, as I had the physical proof in hand, her refusal would have been better received had she shown the slightest amount of human decency. The going out there is rough right now, but don’t take it out on customers. Her demeanor was rude and entirely unprofessional. I haven’t eaten for Hardee’s for years because of their history of sexist advertising, but my partner begged and here we are… The food is fine, so well done to the cashier and food prep staff working under a manger like that.

One of the few fast food places where they are quick, efficient, and dont mess up your order. I order them through door dash a lot cause it’s one of the few places that doesn’t mess up your order and is hot and fresh when delivered 10 out of 10 a lot of fast food places I can’t recommend but this one I confidently can.

Gave it two stars because the burger is always good but come on Hardee’s almost $13 for a combo and you give out a child size portion of fries my kid gets more fries in his kids meal at McDonald’s. You’re prices keep going up and portions get small I’m done eating at Hardee’s
