Stopped in for a bite. The girl who took our order was super nice! We had to wait a lil while for our food. Not a problem at all. Then when she dropped our food off she gave us two Apple pies to make up for the wait. So flippin sweet of them to do that!!! This location ROCKS! Definitely recommend

Absolutely pathetic location… got wrong change at drive through.. cold horrible food.. tried to get correct change and manager puts up a fight.. calls police. Cops arrive after 10 minutes and I get the correct change immediately. Worst fast food location in Wausau. Manager needs immediate firing. Go at your own risk. Should be shut down. Don’t waste your time or money!!!

On October 23, I went to the drive-through I ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich, some cinnamon raisin biscuits, hashbrowns and a side of gravy. They did not put my sandwich in the bag. The gravy was spilled over everything. I called the Restaurant immediately and explain I didn’t have my sandwich. Whoever it is I spoke to told me they didn’t see anything laying around so they don’t know what happened to it and I’m basically just trying to explain to them. I just want my sandwich he offered to send me coupons. Tell him I don’t want coupons for a discount. I want something to reimburse me for the sandwich I paid for it and never received. I thought it was handled very poorly, and I am putting this review up a week later because I went through the drive-through again this morning I asked about these coupons that were allegedly sent out and I was basically shrugged off like I meant nothing his response was I sent them out the day you called me so I don’t know what happened to them. I’m in my opinion. That’s not how you take care of an unhappy customer. And not to mention, I’m gonna put a picture of my breakfast sandwich this morning because it looks like they slapped some buttered bread together and called it a sandwich

We stopped around 9:00pm on a Sunday after a Packer win on our way home. Food was freshly made. Fries were hot and salty. The lady that served us was Lisa. Super nice

The food was absolutely amazing — it looked just like the picture! The service was lightning fast; “speedy” doesn’t even begin to describe it. The GM, Ryan, and the entire staff were extremely welcoming and made the experience even better. Excellent food, outstanding service, and warm hospitality — highly recommend!

The order came up to $10 and our bank shows we were charged over $15 plus were missing items we went back there with all of the food and stuff for a refund and the GM was so mean we called before going and he hung up on us so then we went back and he was so mean to my husband and then called the cops on him. They need a new GM because the one they have seems to be scamming people. How are you going to charge over $5 more than what the receipt says smh. I will never go there again the place just keeps going down hill more amd more I miss the old workers they were at least nice.

Got the chicken tenders in the drive thru. Been under the heat lamp a while I guess. All dried out & maybe warm at best. At lunch time too. If that was my only Hardee’s experience, I wouldn’t be back. Hard to get good help. I would cook to order if it’s not busy. People want good food fast not fast food that’s just warm
