I ordered today the “Hardee’s original bag” today !
So this meal you can choose any 2 of the
Hot ham N cheese sandwiches ✅
Double cheeseburgers✅
Hand breaded chicken tender wraps✅
And a drink and fries with your meal ✅
For 6.88 ✅ not bad !
I got 2 cheese burgers ✅
And a hi-C for my drink ✅
The Cheese burgers tasted really Good✅
Yeah the meat was like not hot but it was like warm but not cold so it was okay overall !
Fries tasted great !
But could of been straight out of that oil and would have been better✅
The fries were also warm so that’s how I know that they were sitting around waiting to get grabbed
The bar b q sauce was really good with fries and burgers! ✅
The Hi-C orange burst drink was really good ✅
Overall if the food was hotter , and not warm .. it would have been 5 stars for me here.
But yes the food was great!
& also I ate here … they called me up for my food and didn’t offer me any condiments with my food I ordered … there was also no condiments to grab besides lids for drinks or straws and napkins
But they called someone else and asked them “would you like ketchup for your fries “ lookin ahhh

To call this “fast” food is a misnomer. It’s the slowest fast food drive thru I’ve ever experienced. There was nobody in line before me at the ordering kiosk, so drove right up and ordered. There was one customer ahead of me at the pickup window. Their order took forever, then so did mine. Must have been 15 minutes. I would have left like the person behind me did, but I had already paid, unlike them. Finally got my food, then when I opened it, there were no ketchup packets, like I had ordered. I most definitely won’t be back.

The boy Rueben who works in the front he was unprofessional. First I went up there he seen me standing there he decides to look right at me and go to the back .. but another gentleman of another race walks in and he hurries up and takes his order .. then I’m waiting for my food and it’s just sitting in the warmer not one time did he say h y your food is ready I literally had to get up say I’ve been waiting (all I order was a sandwich) no fries no nothing and I had to go and ask for my food he just had sitting there

We made a pit stop here on our way back from the Dells and we’re very pleased with the experience.
The customer service is a 10 out of 10.
We arrived 3 minutes prior to the breakfast/lunch change over and of course my kids were indecisive. The team member was very patient, friendly, made recommendations and took our order- we never felt rushed or as if we were an inconvenience.
The manager also popped out and greeted us.
The food was delicious/hot and quick.
The establishment was quiet and very clean.
Overall a very good experience will stop by again next time passing through.

The service was fast but the fries and sandwich was cold like it had been cooked alot earlier. I should of know when it took less then a minute to give me my order.

This Hardee’s has the freshest fast food! The quality of the burgers is always amazing (and I have been in there when only one employee named Ruben was working register and the grill). The burgers are fresh enough where they stay hot and fresh from Poynette to where we live 15 minutes away! Open 24 hours, place to go when you’re hungry any time of day.

My daughter wanted a Frisco burger so we stopped to grab one. There was a display of apple pies on the counter and I couldn’t resist, so I added one. Cashier told us buying to was a good deal. I got 2…delicious! Nice staff…decent food

The food is all cold and not fresh. Staff were not friendly, and actually arguing amongst themselves behind the counter. The tables were dirty. It just wasn’t an enjoyable experience.
