My burger was soooooo greasy and too much mayo…so much that my bun was soggy! I went up and asked for a new one. Well 10 min later went up to the counter and she says “no one brought it our to u” um nope. I was so pissed I went outside. My daughter brought it outside i was so excited! Well guess what? The same frickin way! I went back in and demanded my money back. The worker ig didnt want to deal with me so she stomped herself to the back swearing! Hahahaha maybe u should teach your workers how to make a sandwich

We travel from Dyersville, Iowa to the Prairie du Chien area a couple times a month and every time we’re in the area, Hardee’s is our dining choice. The staff are all friendly and service is speedy. I can’t recall a single time we’ve had a bad experience or mix up with our order (even when ordering “special” — only ketchup — cheeseburgers for our dog to enjoy.)

Good food, most always I receive what I order. The employees are nice helpful. The value boxes are well worth the price other than that it’s a good place to sit for a time to listen to gossip and have a few cups of coffee, if that your thing.
