I’m not too happy about this one. I ordered a breakfast homestyle burrito and when I took a bite out of it, it was all sausage. I worked at Hardee’s for 5+ years at another location, I know the sausage is suppose to be tore up by hand (with gloves) or chopped up with a knife then tossed into the mix, but just tossing it into the burrito is lazy.

Fast friendly service. Got my order right the 1st time. Answered my questions about menu changes. Got my food fast. Curly fries fresh and crispy. Regular fries were pretty old and cooled off. Very clean lobby.

I understand its Christmas and it was the only place open so im not upset about the wait time or anything, the only thing I am upset about is I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo for my other half and I got a double bacon grilled cheese. I get being in a rush but accuracy still matters and I despise that I could not be listened to. I should’ve read the screen but I rarely ever have mishaps with my order at Hardee’s. Sadly by the time I would’ve headed back out and made it through that horrendous drive through line again they would’ve been closed. I get sometimes its not the easiest to hear through those headsets but all food places train you to repeat the orders back just to confirm it.

I ordered the 5 piece chicken tender combo platter ( 5 tenders, coleslaw , fries, Texas toast and a drink) for $15+ and got 4 1/2 over cooked tiny strips , no slaw and Texas toast that was just pathetic. Don’t typically complain but good god. Also wasn’t given a receipt and paid cash. The employees were kind at the drive thru but for being the only customer present you’d think they could get things right.

Been there 2 times. Both times overcharged and food order was wrong. Also forgot to put turnovers on tray. Probably won’t go back. We were the only people in the place both times. No drive thru while we were ordering. Food portions significantly reduced but price increased. You can do better!
