12-30-25 at about 9:30 A.M. we tried to get breakfast inside instead of the drive through. The guy working front of house went out of his way to keep his back to the counter and ignore us without even as much as saying hi for several minutes. Other people walked out from the back all of which ignored us also.

Dining in we thought our food would be timely – after waiting over 20 minutes we were told drive through took priority. Once food arrived it was very greasy! The only pleasant experience was the other patrons, who also had a long wait for their breakfast. NEVER eat there again

I can’t eat many things therefore I usually order meat patties when on the road. This Hardees was able to sell me patties ala carte! I ordered 5 at $2 each. Thanks!! I know this is not a typical order. They are 100% Angus beef!

DO NOT EAT HERE!! These people should be ashamed of themselves. The owner Kevin AND His Managers blantly disregard the heath of his staff and those this company serves food to. He has forced COVID POSITIVE staff to work in this restaurant, serving food to people who are vulnerable due to “short staff”. On top of the horrendous, disgusting work conditions including mold and unsanitary staff members who cough in their hands and DONT wash their hands. CDC AND the health department WILL be hearing from me. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!!!!

Food was OK for $46…..
That bought us 3 adult meals and 1 kids meal.
Service could’ve been better though…. We understand it’s fast food and not the most desired career perhaps but we counted no less then 4 employees including what appeared to be a manager in red or maroon maybe.
The employee on the mic acted as if we were hindering there evening just by being there and didn’t have the patience or appreciation to take our order while we were still deciding what we wanted.
There was no one behind us in line but they had us park. We parked facing into the front room and the young curly haired guy that was leaning up behind the counter watching his phone made the motion that appeared as if he was wiping snot away from under his nose and then a little later brought out our food out to us.

This was my first visit. It was very slow there after lunch on Sunday. I ordered the Roast Beef Combo. The cashier repeated Roast Beef Combo back to me. I paid, got my food and left. Halfway to Decorah, I realize they gave me Ham and Cheese. The receipt said Ham and Cheese. I didn’t get what I ordered and I was too far away to do anything about it. It was too slow in the restaurant to blame being busy. I was the only order.
On my second visit, the service was much better and the food was good, so I raised their score.

For the love of God get some management in here…..preferably one that isnt baked out of their mind. I can’t stand the lunch food here however breakfast is great, 99% of the time it’s either wrong food packed or missing items, literally just left the drive thru and they forgot 2 items….demand they check the bag instead of being in a hurry trying to push you out of there. I understand, we’re humans… we all make mistakes but this place makes them 247 365, keep the free money, Jesus christ DO BETTER!
