15 minute wait in the drive thru. Nobody infront of me. Zero customers in the dining area and the reason for the long wait was for the fries. Felt like I was bothering the employees for ordering my food. No customers and long waits not a way to run a business

They raised the prices and food size has shrunk way down. Got a monster burger used to be huge and its the smaller then a butter burger at culvers now. $16.00 for med size meal and fry and drink size of small McDonald’s. Won’t be giving my money to them anymore. Thought id save people the trouble if your looking for good fast food. Go to culver instead

We received our food reheated, fries tasted old and our kids chicken tenders weren’t hot they tasted microwaved. No napkins given, no condiments in the bag. This was our first time here. It was disappointing.

SUPER nice and helpful staff. They went to check ingredients for me and everything. Everyone is very nice, good attitudes, and it’s really clean. I saw them wipe down and clean everything during down time. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. Also, heard some pretty fabulous singing coming from the kitchen. They definitely enjoy their jobs here.

However evening staff.. No stars!
The older lady that took our drive thru order was so incredibly rude. And our food was so over cooked it was barely edible. The burger was actually crunchy and black along the edges. Considering I could’ve spent about $5-10 more and gotten Texas Roadhouse to go.. I am extremely disappointed.
Normally go in the morning before work. They are so fast, polite, and the food is great!
Don’t recommend for dinner. But definitely recommend for breakfast!

Stop by Sunday jan 18 around 7:45 am food was good but the thing that was disturbing one of the employees was going on break eating a breakfast sandwich she had her gloves on I hope she change gloves when she went back to work.
