The lady at the window saw us sitting up front and then took our order when the other lady didnt cuz she was busy when I paid with $40 she needed to get change which is fine then the manager came up all rude saying yea I understand in a rude way then said go back to were you Belong all rude if the lady at the window didnt take our order we’d still be standing up front every time I see the manager shes always rude to the employees GET A BETTER MANGER!! that doesnt treat employees like garbage this is insane you don’t treat people like this especially in front of customer shouldn’t even be treated them like this behind closed doors too if I see it again I’ll be saying something to her I need the number of the owners and the name of the manager so I can report her

The boy that helped us at the counter rang everything in correctly and was nice. We had ordered curly fries for all of our combos + got regular fries (I never mentioned this we just ate them). My son’s burger that was supposed to be a double, when I went up to tell them it was a single they were demanding I bring his single up which was half eaten. I said can you just make me a regular cheeseburger since we’re missing a patty we paid for, he argued with me and said it was store policy. Then the cool came up and argued that it didn’t say double, when it did. She made a cheeseburger. My youngest son had a chicken strip kids meal and one of them was as small as a nugget and they acted like that was normal. For $47 I think the whole experience sucked.

Stopped going to Hardee’s long ago when they would ask for a tip in drive thru decided to give another chance. No one in drive thru one car in parking lot pull up to order he asked if I could wait a minute. After timing him 14 minutes I left also warned the car behind me how long I was waiting without getting my order. When I drove off employee was just standing in front! Won’t be back again

I ordered a drink and 2 chicken wraps. I was the only car in the drive though. It took 5 minutes to get my drink. And another 10 minutes to get my food. The food wasn’t even hot and fresh. I will not order food here ever again. These people do not care at all.

We ordered breakfast at 10:20. Candied bacon was cold, biscuits were hard, order didn’t come out correctly and was told breakfast was over at 10:30 so order could not be corrected. Online it said breakfast on weekends was served till 11am. So 2 out of 5 got “correct food” while nothing was made to correct the food issue. The cook took our receipts and don’t know what’s going to happen now.

The sandwiches were cold and my mom’s sandwich was soggy…The tables were all dirty when we wanted to sit. The last time I was there I ordered a chocolate shake but it was more like chocolate milk…they said they would bring me a new one if I pulled forward and it took forever…finally left…not impressed

Provides less than what you’d expect from a fast food place as you’re passing through— Basic standard “help yourself” type service and semi-dirty tables.
We sat down to eat and the next group who started eating their food just threw it in the trash and left because they weren’t a fan.
I think my family was just really hungry so we stayed.
It was puzzling though because it felt like a Carl’s Jr. and has the same exact star logos but was called Hardee’s. Must’ve been bought out or something.

The past 3 times I’ve pulled into this drive through, I’ve pulled right back out. Greeted with yelling or “what do you want?”
