We ordered biscuts and gravy and a sandwich with sourdough bread told us it would be done in 5 minutes 5minutes later the put a line of cars in a conga line and when we did get our food there were 2 biscuts and gravy and my sandwich was cold and egg was crunchy

Not pleased with this service, other times may differ. I generally don’t eat Hardee’s but not pleased with this order of over cooked chicken strips.
UPDATE: 2/12/23 went and had their breakfast…definitely improved it was hot, fresh and delicious. Since it’s close to Valentine’s Day my biscuits were in the shape of hearts. You can definitely tell the Store manager is going in a better direction for the restaurant.

One of the best atmospheres to be in! The staff make this place. Their service is top shelf. They are super friendly, and have some of the best customer service! Everytime my family goes to dine in it’s a very tranquil experience. The food is always fresh and delicious! If you are hungry, come here!

We went through the drive thru on 7/19/25 and the person taking orders was very rude, after ordering for 5 we could hear them say Oh My God over the intercom.
I would seriously consider not going there.
