Stopped late at night after taking my daughters to a concert. The grill guy wasn’t happy about something, so he didn’t care about our order. For one they were OUT of FRIES. I got a mushroom and Swiss and it was the WORST I’ve EVER had. I took 1 bite and spit that out. It tasted old/cold. And last my daughter ordered a chicken blt meal and the sandwich DIDN’T COME WITH A PIECE of chicken on it. That’s the main thing. I tried calling the next day and didn’t get an answer. I won’t be going back. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I went there tonight and got a famous star meal I told them I had an allergy to tomatoes and no ketchup or tomato on the burger multiple times he was very careless and talking to other staff while taking my order , I get all the way home and bit into my burger and there was ketchup on it !and I am highly allergic . I went back in and the man proceeded to argue with me !as I told him multiple times I had a tomato allergy . I will not be coming back here every again considering the last time I came they said their shake machine wasn’t working when they don’t even have a shake machine!terrible experience would not recommend any other place in Marshall would’ve been better .

Honestly a great chicken sandwich. Like a better version of McDonald’s chicken sandwich. Also very fairly priced. I wouldn’t go out of my way to get it, but I’ll definitely be back on my trips from the west side to the east side.

The lady who took my order was the only decent experience I had at this facility. I had got a chicken sandwich number #11 with curly fries and a strawberry shake. The fires were just thrown in my bag then most of my fries were not even curly fires maybe about 3 along with they were old barley warm and not all the way even done! I had watched a male employee rub his nose and get right back to work with a customer at the front area touching cups then handing it to a customer?? The waiting/eating area stunk of feet so bad I don’t even know what could have gave it that smell! I watched one employee walk right past me tellin another person to do their job wearing chains with a hoodie over his head not very professional at all only thing I did see professional was the man on the headset taking an order and the lady who took my order. Please do better in this establishment.

Hadn’t been to a Hardee’s in over 20+ years. Stopped into Love’s and noticed they had a Hardee’s attached. Stopped in for lunch. Clean places to sit, the food was hot and fresh and was nicely present and not thrown together… Staff was friendly. Will be back!!

Had a wonderful experience at 2:07am May 18th 2023. Amazing service and awesome experience. I don’t know the name of the man who served us and it’s not on the receipt otherwise I would shout him out.
