$30 wasted. Got a bunch of food there last night and the hot ham and cheese we ordered had hair all caught up in between the slices of ham. We decided not to eat any of our order. Ruined it for us.

The people are very nice and the food is good. I just know the drive-thru is going to take awhile. I believe they are short handed and lately, the time has been getting a little better. Most of the time the employees apologize for the wait. They are doing the best with the tools they have .

I love this Hardee’s on the West side! The food is hot and fresh. I stop for breakfast quite often and Charles, Xavier and AJ are on that morning crew. All these guys are friendly and go next level to ensure that my order is correct. Great customer service and great attitudes!

I’m filing this review on behalf of a nice little old lady. I met named Mary. She comes through every morning at this location and orders a sausage platter with a small Coke. She says everybody is always very friendly and speedy and the food is always fresh and delicious. She’s been coming to this location for more than 20 years. She highly recommends everybody come get great food.

Great service from Sharon and some others who have worked there for many years. Quality is consistently top notch. If something isn’t as you wanted they will swiftly get you cared for. This is a local favorite spot to eat, lounge, read the paper, watch traffic at St. Joe and Franklin, or simply pick up your emails.
Breakfast is my favorite. The biscuits and gravy will be the best you’ll ever have. They make their biscuits from scratch and to be honest they are better than mine.

Hardee’s on Franklin is not pretty to look at, like all the Evansville Hardee’s need updating. However, the food is great.
If you are a fan of old fashion white sausage gravy there’s none that can compare, really it tastes like your grandma made it. Biscuits are warm and fluffy.
The line wraps around for breakfast while the inside is full but it moves quickly. The employees really hustle the breakfast crowd.
I work nightshift and it’s the only place I see a line and think, “yep, it will be worth the wait.”

I don’t visit Hardee’s often at all, but Aj was great, very friendly and helpful! The chicken fingers were very small, and although I did enjoy that the fries were hot, I however was very disappointed with the very small thumb sized portion of the chicken strips. I believe I paid more for the drink and fries than the actual meal. If I didn’t have a doctors appointment to go to that day, I would have brought in the order to show them how they chose to treat their customers by serving baby sized portions. My 5 year old wouldn’t have been able to satisfy her hunger had she been given the small strips and neither was I. I do not think I will be spending money at the establishment again seeing as though who ever packaged the order, felt it was ok to serve such a small portion to the customers. I am very disappointed, but the service in itself was great.

I would give the service a negative rating if I could. I was the second car in line at the window and waited and waited and waited. Many back-and-forth exchanges between the customer service person at the window and the person in the car finally, I called the store and asked if there was a problem and was told that there was an issue with an online order. Finally, I got my food. The woman at the window handed the food out without comment or even looking at me. I said,
“this is where you say I’m sorry for your wait”. She just glared at me and gave me my change. I waited a second and she just kept looking at me. I pulled around to the front and went in and asked to see the manager, whose name I later learned was Bethany. (She didn’t introduce herself and she was busy folding up a box so I couldn’t see her name tag.) I told her what happened and she proceeded to lecture me saying that “it’s not that hard to be patient” and that “you didn’t have to wait that long”. I asked her who owned the restaurant and she said she didn’t know and turned and walked away.
I like the 2 for $5 value, but not enough to be treated like that. I think you may have a culture issue at that store.

The service here was nothing short but amazing. I would love to give a shout out to one employee if I may by the name of Xavier I believe. He was understanding when I placed a difficult order and he definitely made sure everything was made the right way! I never really have good experience with fast food places but this restaurant and Xavier’s good service it was absolutely wonderful.

My fiance and I ordered door dash. 2 biscuit and gravy combos. I got 0 drinks cause of a water problem and one biscuit and gravy and one hash rounds. It was supposed to be 16.66 and we were charged 19.00. When I called the store the girl was extremely rude to me and told me it wasn’t her problem. All around horrible experience and will never eat there again.
