Me and my kids come In to this establishment often and every time we do the food is fresh and the staff always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rita especially has made each experience for my children special and that to me has been what has me coming back. Recommend eating here 10 out of 10.

I ordered a medium sized biscuit and gravy combo. The gravy had uncooked flour lumps which made the meal inedible. The taters were barely warm but palatable.

1501 N Boeke Rd Evansville, IN has got to be the worst Hardee’s ever. I ordered on line. When I got there to pick up, they couldn’t give me one of the items on my order. I asked for a refund for the item. I was told that I had to request a refund through the app. I asked how to do this. “I don’t know.” Was my answer. I filed a complaint. I was given a “reward” to use on my next order. I placed an order this morning using my reward. But, I tried to order from a different Hardee’s. I scheduled it for an hour later. After placing the order, I noticed that my order had been sent to the Beoke store, and the time had been reset to ASAP. I called right away. The woman that answered the phone said, “I’ll put it under a heat lamp.” When I told her that it would be an hour old when I got it, she got argumentative and rude. Begrudgingly she then said that they would make me a new one. I’m afraid to eat it now. I’m afraid someone spit (or worse) on my order. It will be a while before I eat at a Hardee’s again… and it will never be at the store at 1501 N Boeke Rd Evansville, IN.

Rita was the best I have ever seen at handling her crew, the customers and had great customer service, kindness and polite with everyone she talked to. She had a busy morning with lots of customers and handled them with such grace and professionalism. She is definitely an asset to Hardees. I have never seen anyone as amazing as she is. I will definitely be coming to eat here again. Rita you are WONDERFUL!!!!
