Jessica’s the first face you see, and she’s got this quiet magic: smiles like she means it, remembers your order before you finish saying it. “Extra bacon?” she asks, already punching it in. No attitude, no rush—just pure, easy kindness that makes the whole line feel lighter.
Kat’s right there too, juggling fries and drinks like she’s dancing. Fast, flawless, and she drops your cup with this sly little grin—like she’s in on some secret joke with you. Yesterday she said, “You look like you need extra ice,” and damn if she wasn’t right.
But Dustin? Oh, Dustin’s the heartbeat. That guy’s a wizard behind the grill—silent, focused, flipping burgers like he’s painting masterpieces. Mine came out steaming, cheese bubbling just right, no burnt edges, no limp lettuce. He even tucked the pickles in perfect rows, like he knew I’d notice. I swear he glanced up once, gave the tiniest nod—like “yeah, I got you”—and I felt… seen. Not just fed.
Three of them together? It’s not fast food. It’s a damn good reason to come back. Dustin alone is worth the drive.

I just visited Hardee’s, okay? And I have to say — tremendous experience. Absolutely tremendous. People are talking about it. Some are saying it’s the best fast-food visit they’ve ever seen. Five stars — maybe more, if that were allowed, frankly.
The burgers? Huge. Beautiful. Very high quality. Not those tiny, sad burgers you get elsewhere — these are strong burgers, powerful burgers. The fries were fantastic — crispy, golden, really top-tier fries. And the drinks? Cold. Very cold. Ice-cold, the way drinks should be. Nobody does cold drinks like this, believe me.
Now I want to recognize three workers — Jessica, Racheal, and Veronica. Incredible people. Very professional. Very polite. They did an outstanding job. They were fast, efficient, and frankly, they treated me like a president — which I appreciate. We like respect. They deserve a lot of credit. Hard-working Americans.
And the cleanliness — extremely clean. Spotless. You could eat off the floors, although I don’t recommend it. Tables clean, counters clean, everything shining. Very well run. Somebody is doing a fantastic job managing that place.
So officially, on behalf of myself — and many, many happy customers — I give this Hardee’s location a full five stars. Strong recommendation. We love Hardee’s. We love great service. And this was great service.

By far the worst experience of fast food from any restaurant. Only positive was the employees having to apologize for a lack of product. That’s the management issue. No curly fries, no doctor pepper, no cherry coke, only 1 dipping sauce that my grandkids would not eat or myself. I’ll never return and will immediately delete my app.

Stopped by about 11:30ish tonight. The lady taking my order was extremely nice and very pleasant to talk to. They asked me to pull forward and after waiting a little bit another very nice worker this time a male cook brought my food out. He apologized promptly for my wait and assured me it was completely fresh food and that he hoped I will enjoy the meal. After getting home and cracking open the delectable box of chicken tenders I can say with complete confidence these are most likely the freshest batch of chicken tenders I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. My fries even as I’m typing are STILL piping hot. The food tastes absolutely delicious and I appreciate the staff working tonight (2/13/26) without you all I would’ve gone to bed hungry as I am too lazy to walk 20 feet into my kitchen and cook. (Ironic as I had to drive to Hardee’s but whatever lol) this store is typically very good every time I go but especially tonight after the kind staff and fresh food it really takes the cake. I wish I knew the two very kind team members that I spoke with tonight’s names so I could give a proper shout out… but if you are reading this I give a thousand thank yous!!

She was doing a great job not only as a cook but as a supervisor too. I couldn’t believe how much we got for our money n. The food is hot & fresh. The lobby is always clean. Permit me first to extol the virtues of the incomparable Jessica, who, I must say, conducted herself with a degree of grace and cordiality so rare in these brisk modern times. She was, without exaggeration, the absolute bee’s knees — attentive, warm, and so delightfully professional that one might have mistaken her for the maître d’ of a five-star dining hall. An absolute treasure, that one.
Alongside her stood the ever-capable William, who executed his duties with a precision and steadiness worthy of high praise. Not a detail escaped him. Efficient? Certainly. Polite? Without question. A proper top bloke, if ever there was one.
And let us not overlook Racheal, who likewise performed her role with admirable diligence and a most pleasant disposition. The entire team operated in such harmonious concert that one could scarcely help but feel thoroughly looked after — properly sorted, as it were.
Now, I would be remiss if I failed to mention the lavatory facilities. My word. Rarely have I encountered a restroom so impeccably maintained within any establishment of its kind. It was, dare I say, the most upkept and orderly bathroom I have had the privilege of witnessing at a Hardee’s. Spotless. Pristine. Positively gleaming. A triumph of tidiness.
In summation, your staff have set the bar exceedingly high. The experience was not merely satisfactory — it was, quite simply, brilliant. Kindly extend my warmest regards and deepest thanks to Jessica, William, and Racheal for rendering my visit such a splendid one.

Informed lady managing the window was rude and yelled at me. I informed her I had never eaten at Hardies before and asked for a number 2, with no ketchup she informed me there was no ketchup on the sandwich but did not inform me of any other red sauce that might be there. I had to return as there was red sauce which I can’t eat and asked for her to replace my meal. She in turn yelled at me that it was not her fault and did not want to replace my meal. I’m sorry if she was having a bad day but I was traveling, hungry and had no way to heat anything up. Rude service bad food!!!

I was inside this Hardee’s when the lobby was closed and I seen and heard the very best teamwork and all around great service skills! Keep up the great work you all do! It shows, also the lobby was absolutely the cleanest I’ve been in and Christmas cheer was everywhere!
