Just a little bit of false advertising going on here if you will! So just a little heads up yall, when the menu says chicken tender “wrap”. What they really mean is Taco!
Nonetheless i still recommend the spicy one, great flavor and satisfying little kick to it!!

Service seemed friendly enough and I got my food quickly but my chicken sandwich was a bit burnt and dry and they forgot ranch for my chicken tenders. One tender was more like a fat chicken nugget than a tender. pretty disappointing unfortunately.

The stop here with my girlfriend was absolutely incredible. Clean space, quick service, and friendly staff.

Specific shoutout to Jordan, the Food Service Manager on shift for making us feel welcome, taking time to know us and our travels, and providing an attentive customer service experience. Somebody get this man a raise!

When we went back to the truck my husband’s order was right but mine was wrong. I went back in the second time to go get my order redo then when I did they gave me a hot ham and then I had to go back in the third time then they gave me a plain cheeseburger and then I had to go ask for the manager to get this resolved while the lady inside one of the employees started to belittle me the miniature refund me but I didn’t feel Justified I felt like I was back at my mom’s house because I have trauma and I was crying inside the store in front of other customers because I was so upset and I felt like I was doing something wrong. Then we went to the Love’s actual store my husband bought me ice cream and then we talked to the loves employees one of the Love’s employees went over there guess the talk to the manager or to the other employee

They claim it was hand breaded chicken BLT sandwich (see pics). Nothing edible about this. The toast wasn’t even toasted. How hard can it be to toast bread. The chicken was so humiliated that it left the breading. Definitely no hand breading done here. You don’t want to undercook that chicken but nobody says you can’t overcook it. Maybe an extra 15 minutes in that fryer. Perfect. It has definitely turned to leather. Asked for refund. The yet said it could take 8 days (to 10 years) to go back on my card. The strawberry shake was good. The apple turnovers were good although I don’t think they have the description correct. These are fried pies. A turnover is something altogether different. Ask Arby’s. They have apple turnovers. I’m a trucker so I had to leave my truck and walk back in for the skunk eye from Hardee’s employees. The best is well it never looks like the picture anywhere you eat. This was beyond inedible. I know Hardee’s corporate takes a lot of pride in their product and making it dummy proof to prepare. Let me tell you now you can’t make any job dummy proof. All you got to do is prepare the food well. These folks think they can prepare and cook better when they color outside the lines. Fortunately for Hardee’s they will continue to have this widespread epidemic forever. Lots of job security unless you go out of business. Gotta prepare the food correctly. I know for a fact that corporate has a book on every imaginable problem that could occur preparing this food. Maybe you should let some of this secret proprietary books out for the rest of the employees to gander at.

yeah, when I walked in that hardes and and I saw somebody that looked like Sherman Klump I walked straight out. I lost my appetite and I wasn’t eating from there. It was a big no for me. I hope it get better in there.

All I have to say is Sarah was the sweetest person in that whole store/ restaurant. God bless her, she went out of her way for me when she didn’t have to. The service at the Hardee’s drive thru was exemplary! Kind, quick, and personable. This was my best experience EVER at a drive thru and I will make it a regular stop.
