I went to Hardee’s at 520am on 11/5/25 thru the drive thru n was greeted by Tee with the most positive upbeat voice!! I felt so happy to be there!! My food was fresh and hot!! Mrs Tee and her crew are doing a great job!! Keep up the great work!! Will definitely be going back!!

Food is always good but service is declining. The young man that was working in the drive thru on 02/09 around 9:58 AM was extremely rude. No hello, or even a pleasant tone. Just barking out the total amount and even said “DAMN!” like he was irritated after I told him thank you. Why would you want that type of service to represent your company? If you don’t like people, don’t work in customer service. Simple.

Visiting from out of town and our “hot ham and cheese” sandwiches were ice cold. They weren’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. We were each able to take about two bites of our sandwich and decided to just cut our loses. And we opened them about two minutes after receiving them from the restaurant, so they didn’t really have time to get cold from being hot. They were given to us cold.

I only get breakfast from there on my way to work so can only speak on that. Excellent every time. The two managers Tee and Melissa (?) are phenomenal and cheery and brighten my morning. Other businesses take note of what good employees can bring to the table.

The inside was closed due to plumbing issues and the staff was handling the long drive-thru line very quickly thank you so much for being awesome and friendly you are appreciated! I do believe the woman at the drive-thru name was Tia or just T. What a wonderful way to treat people she was so kind and just friendly and probably the best service I’ve had in the over a year thank you so much sweetheart you are appreciated! ♥️

I want to start off by saying this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Hardee’s location. The bread was completely stale. The meat was lukewarm (if that) and the fries were gag worthy. I will never ever come to this location again! Bottom line, my burger and fries were disgusting. The manager is that busy to speak to a paying customer? That’s bs and You guys should be ashamed of yourself. What a waste of my time and my hard earned money. Wish I could give you guys 0 stars because you guys don’t deserve any.

I can’t stand the fact that i come through there every morning. This morning my husband brought home 2 orders of biscuits and gravy and 2 sausage egg biscuits. The biscuits are burnt dark as crap and hard as a rock. I’ll never come back to that hardees again. That place needs to be shut down seriously.
