Cold fries, ham cheese and choc shake was choc milk.
The person that took my order acted like I was bothering her and she seem like she was high and did not care about satisfying my complaints at all only made excuses. I asked for money back $13 for 1 person and left dumbfounded at what these restaurants are thinking serving and hiring people with bad bad service and food.

Disappointing service. My Swiss Mushroom Burger was very sloppily made. The wrapping was so soaked with the gravy that it tore as I was removing it from the bag. The sandwich appeared as though there was no care or thought in making it. It’s weird because the sandwich was ready before I could drive from one window to the next. Was it already prepared? Anyway, it looked like maybe a spare burger that had sat under a heat lamp and then mushroom was added to make the Swiss Mushroom Burger.

Every time I come to this Hardee’s I get FRESH SO GOOD CHICKEN TENDERS SO MOOST AND HOT AND SO GOOD! I only go to this location literally I drive past 2 Hardee’s to get to this location!!! The girls that work here are amazing! In a lunch rush I can get fresh chicken that takes at least ten minutes to cook in ten minutes literally! I just love them to pieces! I’ve never had a disappointing order at this location! Great customer service as well! I’m not sure what the little girls name is she had dreads and braces she’s light skinned and she is such a sweet heart she is usually always at the window when I come but there’s also another lady and she is just as sweet!! Love love love this location!!! I could go on forever

I ordered 2 meals that were the same plus 1 other sandwich. The person that took my order acted like I was bothering her they got everything wrong,wrong sandwiches no curly fries which I ordered, wanted no mayo on the other sandwich it was like they put extra on it, like 3 pieces of ice in the drink just a horrible place to have gotten food. shitty staff shitty service shitty food!!!!!!

Save yourself! Do not go here sanitary issues on top of quality issues ! !. The guy that was going to make my sandwich thought it would be OK to throw the broom and dust Pan onto the floor and grab my bun. And throw my bun in the toaster without changing his gloves instead of putting it somewhere it should have gone and changing his gloves. The Burger I received is nearly inedible. I did order extra special sauce. But I did not say to smother the burger with it and mayonaise. . . It is pouring over all sides. The fries are old hard and bitter tasting. . . . The only thing good was the Mello Yello no wait that was just carbonated water…. I’m sorry I asked for another bun and sanitary practices I should have asked for a refund. I picked my order up a lil after one its four now on 12-15-23. I’m a truck driver going to sleep hungry now because your food was not edible. Thanks from the truckers of America
