Ordered through the drive thru. The girl taking our order was friendly, professional, and quick. Because our chicken sandwiches were going to take a few minutes,we were asked to pull forward. Our food was brought to use in a minimal amount of time. Quick service and delicious food. Kudos to the Hardees’s workers at this location for providing excellent service.

I’ve been coming here for over 45 years! Never was a problem till 2-3-2026! Tenders and Fryes taste like old grease! No Sprite! And they seem to have a Problem when I asked for extra Honey Mustard which was not Prepackaged! I was very nice but I told them I quess my days coming there are over!

No matter what time of day, day of the week… Food is ALWAYS fast, Hot, Correct, and the best service one could ask for. Only worry I would have is if I was the owner. I would be worried about another place trying to steal my employees. Team work, job 1. Service impeccable. They do not just sell food, they sell smiles and service. Not something I am used to saying about a fast food restaurant.

Poor food quality hard dry tater tots cold overcooked burger hard dry biscuit dried out maple syrup It was a very dry meal. Friendly cashier but pretty poor service to pass out overcooked dried out food that has been sitting hours.

The service was amazing. EVERYONE behind the counter was hustling. Chelsea took my order/provide my food was very pleasant, customer focused, and provided positive first contact experience. Food was hot and restaurant was tidy. Can’t say this experience is the same at other fast food restaurants. I’ve also had good drive through experiences at this location of an evening. We go to Hardees today 12:50 and we said hi, she not responding, so they not have drinks, we ask is same price the cashier is very very bad acting and she charge same price she give the receipt and we say thanks she not responding , she give the food she not say anything! Stupid people un respecting!
