I went to Hardee’s for the first time in a long while, excited to try the Mushroom and Swiss burger I remembered from years ago. Sadly, it was the sloppiest burger I’ve ever had. The mushrooms were too salty, the gravy was excessive, and the paper wrapper disintegrated as I unwrapped it. The beef patties were solid, but the overall flavor was thrown off. For what it cost, I left disappointed—and it may be a while before I return.

You can say I am a frequent visitor at the Hardee’s at I465 and Harding Street. The young ladies working the drive thru in the morning hours are so kind and sweet. They say hello and know my name and what my order is. The food is always hot and delicious. This is usually my only meal until I go home at the end of the day. They start my day off in an awesome way! Excellent service!

Went and ordered a Frisco melt, double patties and couldn’t enjoy it because it was overly burnt around the edges and most of the burger! I’ve been to this location several times and never had this problem, it was usually satisfactory. Please watch whoever the cook is because that was all bad!

I do the drive thru almost everyday. The ladies there are so sweet and courteous they know my voice once I speak into the speaker and greet me by name. The food is always hot and fresh.

I used the drive thru so I didn’t get feel for the atmosphere inside, but with the expidiant way the Drive thru was ran obviously there aren’t a lot of ungrateful or upset customers. So everything was good served quickly and delicious.

I love their breakfast croissant sandwiches but last time I ordered one bacon one & one sausage one, and they gave me Two bacon I was a bit sad when I went to grab the second sandwich and it wasn’t sausage ..lol but I do love them regardless.

Hello today has been a wonderful day for me down at the Hardee’s on 5016 Harding Lane Indianapolis Indiana because upon my arrival I had wanted a breakfast item and Miss Karen.. the wonderful young lady here at the front counter accommodated me as well as having my order cooked to order…. As a person that I am of 23 years of customer service and 15 years in management.. her customer service skills were through the roof …she’s very phenomenal …I feel that somewhere down the line should be a promotion waiting for her…. She’s phenomenal….

I came through the drive-through and ordered a number eight combo with a large Sprite. I drove off without checking to see if the fries were hot and they were not. Very disappointed as this is not the first time that I’ve come through the drive-through and the french fries are not hot. Thank you.
And you guys need to get with the times and get a machine for Apple Pay. I had to actually hand my phone to the cashier to pay with my Apple Pay, which I don’t like other people touching my phone so get with the times

The best! Hardee’s I’ve ever visited. Nice staff, super clean (even window sill and under and around trash receptacles) staff stayed busy cleaning while other staff assisted customers a true 5star!!
