Hours are incorrect on the door. Pull up to pick up prepaid food ordered on the app. Door says lobby open till 10. I watch an old man exit the lobby. I go to enter, doors locked. The teens lock up whenever they want, they say the signs are wrong. So how long do I need to live in the drive through? Kid hasn’t even asked my name but says the order is almost ready? Incredibly unprofessional. Upgrade your signage and your attitudes.

He had no milk! Once you go to the dining room, you feel like your cast off no salt and pepper no napkins just a bare able. When it’s over seven dollars for biscuit and gravy, supposed to be milk. Cracker Barrel becomes a better option for a little more $$.

Drive through 630 pm . The gentleman that took our order was fantastic!!! Very professional and efficient. He was literally working drive through and dine in customers. handled it with ease . Nice multi tasking for sure. Wish I got his name for he needs a bump on his wages.

My son (15 years old and very motivated to work) was coming for an interview on a Friday and was told he would have to return the next Monday because the manager was on vacation (“come between 6am and 12pm” they said). I brought him back early, at 5:45 am that following Monday… We wait for 45 minutes to only be told by a staff member that the manager was her sister and she was not there (still on vacation). She also said, “you don’t want to work here anyways”. Very disappointed in this business and their poor management.

I ordered a biscuits and gravy combo this morning and was given a recycled biscuit. It was already cut in half and had been used on a sandwich because it still had sausage remnants and a piece of cheese on it. I have no idea if it was a sandwich that a customer got and gave back or if they made it wrong in the back and caught it before it went out, either way that’s not acceptable!

We had difficulty communicating with the person taking our order. One sandwich was made incorrectly because of it. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was burnt or attempted to cook multiple times. The sandwiches were lukewarm at best. The fries were not warm. It took about 30 minutes to get food. I just had them do a cheeseburger that was less expensive because I didn’t want another burnt chicken sandwich. They got 2 stars because the manager was helpful.
