One of my favorite breakfast restaurants. Biscuit sandwiches are usually pretty good and the platter is good value for what you get. Burritos are very filling and more than I could eat. And if you use the Hardee’s app, you can get discounts and free food!

When I stopped at Hardee’s recently, I had an awesome experience thanks to Haley. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile and a friendly attitude that made me feel genuinely welcome. You could tell right away she cared about making sure every customer was taken care of. The restaurant was pretty busy when I got there, but Haley stayed calm and professional the entire time. She took my order quickly, made sure everything was accurate, and even double-checked that I got my sauces and sides just the way I wanted.
What really stood out was how she went above and beyond — she didn’t just hand me my food and move on. She actually took a second to ask if I needed anything else and made sure my order was hot and fresh. That kind of attention to detail is rare these days, especially at fast food places. When I sat down, she was also checking on customers in the dining area, cleaning tables, and making sure everyone was happy. You could tell she took pride in her work and cared about giving people a good experience.
The food itself was great — everything came out fast and tasted fresh — but honestly, it was Haley’s attitude and professionalism that made the visit memorable. In a world where good customer service can feel hard to find, she was a reminder that friendly, genuine people can really make a difference. She deserves recognition for her hard work and positive energy. I’ll definitely be back to that Hardee’s location again, and I’ll be hoping Haley’s there next time.

Had friendly fast service cleanliness was perfect I live in the same town that this Hardee’s is located in Plainfield, Indiana so when I have a taste for a good burger and fries, I do like to make a trip to Hardee’s always good food every visit

I absolutely LOVE Hardees! I always get the Monster Burger combo every time I can get it and it always turns out perfect. I don’t go to Hardees always but when I’m in the mood for good but fast food, I always choose Hardees. Great job to the staff who works their hardest to make sure customers get what they want.

Chicken is not what it used to be. Very disappointing opening the box to some tiny Tyson tenders that were very old and hard. Cashier was very sweet and its not her fault but the food was gross.

I normally do not ever go to Hardee’s but aftet today’s lunch I definitely will go back. My food was hot, fresh and the inside was clean! Haley was extremly friendly and although she was busy she took time to ask how our service was. I appreciate the professionalism she showed and I will visit Hardee’s in Plainfield more often now!

Watched an emplyee walk in from outside and immediately start preparing people’s food! That is the most unsanitary and unappetizing thing you can witness when eating food. The food was okay at best, but after witnessed someone walk in from outside and touch food with his bare hands without washing them, I threw my food away and left.
