Had nothing but good experience until now… went in nice guy named Nathaniel up front he deserves a raise. Ordered 2 Nashville hot chicken sandwiches. Instead got 2 burned normal chickens. We returned them the girl cook proceeded to talk about us thinking we didn’t hear her. When we asked for a refund she called the GM Brennan shumaker. He said no refunds and she said the buns and chicken “always” come out that way. We left didn’t yell or complain just… left.

Went for breakfast this Sunday and it was just after 1030 so about 30min till breakfast is over. They must have been out of biscuits because when I got my biscuits and gravy the biscuit was already split in half and after looking at it there was cheese on it like this took apart a sandwich to make it happen. But it took all the biscuit with it. Just say you are out of biscuits instead of handing out some sorry excuse of a breakfast. 3rd time ive been disappointed with this location so I dont think ill be going back after this one.

I get places get busy, it’s fine with me. I’m cool with waiting however long I need to for good food. Waited 35 minutes to be handed ice cold food. Thanks. Waste of time and money. Limited staff, waited long (20 minutes) for food. Seemed like one person up front, and a cook. Definitely too much for one person.
Ham and cheese sandwich was nothing like the sign; I could have thrown that together at home. Deli sliced meat.

Had a special order and was trying to keep the cost down. The shift leader was very helpful on this order. She helped me decide on what items to get in order to keep costs down by telling me of what specials were available & and what menu items I could order together to get the best deal.

The prices here aren’t that cheap , and being cheap on how they make the sandwich don’t add up. Ordered a Frisco burger and the tomatoes slice looked beyond expired so that had to come off and noticed the 2 measly strips of bacon that were placed in a X pattern not sure if there’s some reason their placed like that, maybe to make it look like it’s covered with bacon ! I wouldn’t have said anything if it had 3 pieces but 2 come on ! Prices on everything has gone up at the same time they make it with less!
