Restaurant very cleanly inside. Cammer provided fast super friendly service taking my order, so good I went back to the counter for a second large fry, which by the way are better than McDonald’s and Wendy’s fries. Omega the manager was very hospitable and made sure my dining experience was great and enjoyable. I definitely will be back. Please expand the franchise into Alliance Carnation Mall area, you woll do well there. That mall area is booming again and a high traffic area. I drive an hour to come to Hardee’s for the best fast food ever.

Stopped in this evening after a basketball tournament. The manager on duty was very welcoming and friendly. We placed our orders and they were brought to us in a short time – very fresh and hot and delicious! We were very pleased and will definitely stop there again if we’re in the area.

This was probably one of the best experiences in a fast food restaurant my family have had! What made our visit extra special was the employee Maria!! She definitely deserves a raise and promotion! We came in about 45 minutes until close and she took the time to make my family feel like we were in a 5 star restaurant! She was attentive, caring, great conversationalist and went above and beyond her duties! Her and the cooking staff made sure everything we had was fresh and fast as we dined in. One of the best experiences! She, at the very least, would be someone i would make a manager or district manager over my stores based on her character and job performance alone! We will be back to this particular one just because we know she’s apart of the staff!!!!

Omega was friendly and pleasant. The cook Anne did a great job with my egg sausage biscuits it was hot, fresh and neatly put together. Not just thrown together like other places I had. It was nice being treated like a person and not a disturbance.

Enjoyed the new vibrant feeling that the manager Omega, and the cook Anne bring to the restaurant. Previous staff left much to be desired by their outbursts about team management and other members. Thank you to the GM for finding, and hiring these team members, they definitely helped to make a difference in the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.

Yesterday, my aunt had an encounter with an employee from this store outside of work. My aunt finished shopping at Dollar General Market in Uhrichsville and after returning her cart she was hit by a car. I have been informed her name is Hope. Hope saw the accident happen and immediately ran to her. She yelled at the driver to stop as he had hit someone. He did so or he may have ran over her to add more injury. She asked my aunt if she was ok. My aunt was coherant and said yes but she couldn’t find her glasses. They had broke in the fall. Hope yelled for someone to call 911 and began helping her. Hope was calm and this helped my aunt stay calm. Others who gathered around was telling her to get up but do to a head injury Hope told her no stay down and they began putting blankets around her, applied pressure to stop the bleeding or conrol it, and started asking questions like who is he president, whats your name, how old are you (69) her age, could she call anyone, what day of he week was it, and what year is it. Police arrived fast and ems a couple minutes later. This woman is nothing short of a hero and I think you should know as your employee wha she did. In the freezing cold she stayed with her until the ambulance left. Remarkable woman! Thanks for having a hero in your store and someone who cared more about someone else than herself, From the our whole hearts THANKYOU for everything!

My wife and I recently had negative experience at this Hardee’s but I will say after hearing back from the GM. We decided to give them another chance and not let the experience of one negative employee keep us from enjoying the good food they can and do provide with proper staff…main thing we learned is even if we left negative feedback it did matter to them and they were willing to make it right won us back as customers of this establishment!
