My first time grubbing Hardee’s since the 90’s. Staff was Kool & polite until I got my cold/old fries I asked for fresh fries with no salt and that angered em.
I was gonna let it go but my meal was like 15.00$ so I figured I deserved hot fries
Anyway when they gave me my new fries there was hardly any fries in the container.
I just took it as the lord telling me that the lard around my heart ❤️ doesn’t need that many fries. My burger was alright but not hot. I wouldn’t do it again.
So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood but make sure U also check your food before you bounce. You’re probably better off just getting somethin else. Holla at a Playa.

Such an annoying experience here. First time visiting this location. Went through drive thru to order breakfast. Placed my order and get up to the windows just to be told they “aren’t allowed” to use any coupons or anything on the app. I had points I could have used but was denied that for whatever reason. I was told it is because they are “connected to loves”
So after having to pay for food I should have gotten free with reward points I get the food home. Ordered a fresco sandwich with bacon. There is literally ONE small slice of bacon on it and no cheese. Ordered 2 other items. Were cold immediately checking to make sure all my items were in the bag too. I’ll never go back. It’s a shame the one on high street closed. They were slow and never opened on time but at least they could get orders right and food was always hot.

I really want to give a shout out to Jack, Andi, Sharon & Elizabeth for making my family’s dinner perfect! They can be picky & only want mustard, lettuce, and tomato on their cheese burger & you guys are probably the only fast food restaurant to actually get our order right! Not to mention it was out to me FAST! It was hot & delicious! I didn’t know the bread came that fluffy & fresh! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks again!

I want to give a shout out to the gentleman that was working tonight 2/2/26. I ordered drive thru and he was sincerely apologetic about the wait even though it was not that bad. Despite working solo too, the food was prompt and he even said hi to my little one in the car. Your kindness, effort, and service are much appreciated. Thank you.

This facility is nice and clean , service was not the best , it wasn’t busy and the staff was rude and in a hurry to get back to lookin into there phones , the kid threw my sandwich down the slide / warmer and smashed it !!! Don’t like to get food remade cause they gonna mess with it if you do !! Very disappointed in Hardee’s removing curly fries from the menu , another way to cut cost for them and not care about the customer, the curly fries is the whole reason for going to Hardee’s , bad choice folks

I order number 11 chicken Togo ones I left 5 minute opened trying eat hmmm! No no no no. I can not eat this chicken it’s been out side so long. turns dark brown/black so cold I throw away down street at sheets gas station trash can my be who ever made my sandwich was almost about go home feels tire
