Staff was super friendly and quick to take my order at the speaker. Got a BBQ Pulled Pork double burger meal, a Big Hot Ham & Cheese, and a couple apple pies. The drink was full of flavor and carbonated well. Food came out quickly. Both the burger and sandwich were hot, juicy, and delicious. The fries were hot and salted perfectly. The apple pies were still nice and warm after I’d finished the rest of the meal, and had that wonderful crispiness on the outside.

I wish I could give no stars. This was horrible. Got a grilled cheese bacon sandwich. This sandwich wasn’t even grilled it was bread with butter. And the cheese wasn’t even melted.

The shift leader at this current time was doing too much,I did not feel like it was safe to eat my food because I waited too long to get my food, i waited ti place a order for a frenchfry for almost 30min, while the shift leader took over a lady’s place of working instead of checking me out for a single large fry and 2apple pies, regardless he chose to stand around for damm neat the entire time to wait for sandwiches. Then he was giving off negative vibes while trying to communicate that he was trying to hurt up by rushing me when it came time for me to place my order. Neatless to say, if he wasnt doing soo much extra by trying to do everyone’s job, I would have placed my order, felt better , and actually would have ate my food, I left my meal there because I felt like I couldn’t trust them, two random people miss grabbed the same wrong meal twice, and the shift leader k ew about it, and did not replace the meal for having 2random people stick their fingers and hand inside the bags looking to see if their items was in the bag. Just a messed up visit that I dont recommend anyone eating here. Too much was going one from one person that took attention away from the main factors.

I’ve had two bad experiences in less than one week. The first one I thought it might just be a fluke, so I held off on leaving a bad review but here I am now after the second bad experience.
The first bad experience was two days ago when I ordered a burger and a cherry coke. The burger was missing one of its buns and the cherry coke was…well not a cherry coke.
The second bad experience was an hour ago. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders and was charged for exactly that but I received a 3 piece chicken tenders.
Normally id return to the location and ask for a refund, however I live in hilliard and this location is quite a bit of a drive away. I wish I could get my meals made correctly for my late night dinners after work. I know from experience that Hardee’s has the potential to be far better than the west jefferson location currently is!

Hate the new guy for morning. The other lady would serve breakfast until 4. New guy shuts down from 3-4 to “get ready” for breakfast but the other worker can do both lmao. Also whenever he’s there the bacon is almost raw. When she’s there, food fresh an is good. Management needs another change!
