There was no line , i got my favorite 10 piece chicken strips. The place was very clean and staff very friendly. They were having a small issue with scanning the points card, but if you have a little patience and tell them the number the staff can manually enter the point card.

We stopped after getting gas. The service was friendly and the restaurant was spotless! I’ve never tried their breakfast before today. They have a good selection and my sandwich was good. I loved the round hashbrowns! Everything was cooked perfectly.

Came for the first and the last time until they start doing the rewards system (app). The grilled cheese with egg and sausage was beyond salty. And the cinnamon roll seems like it should’ve been warmed up or something. It was hard and cool. Hash browns were ok. The coffee tasted good.

Looking at the previous reviews, this place is hit or miss. Luckily, my experience was a hit. The restaurant was clean, the employees were nice and didn’t have any issues with the food. Got the western bacon burger, and the onion rings were awesome. Good thing this place is close to work. Hope it’s this good next time I come by.

Hardee’s is an amazing burger series. This store is located at a gas station by highway between Hocking hills and Columbus. Their signature burger is phenomenal as my treat after hiking. Their vegetable is fresh and sauce is perfectly matched. The patty tastes amazing like grilled instead of fried.

Being originally from the south, I’ve always enjoyed Hardee’s breakfast. First time at this location, and I must say, I was rather disappointed . Biscuits are very small compared to what I’m use to, and I know help is hard to find right now, but the manager Jose, DEFINITELY, should NOT be a manager!! I went today about 10am and while working on the sandwich boards, he was very loud and disrespectful to his employees. The very polite young lady working the cash register, I thought was the manager cause she was very professional and knowledgeable of her job, but when she told me Jose was the manager, I was very shocked. What happened to the high standards of the Hardee’s I know for their food and managers????

Legit tenders. Really good. The place was spotless. The girl at the register whispered everything and I’m deaf on one side so it would be appreciated if she speaks up a little. But overall, this is a really good place to eat in a Love’s travel stop that is spotless and a pleasure to stop at. I hear horror stories about many fast food places that went to crap during the pandemic and never got better. This place is good.

Definitely check your bag before you leave, this chicken tenders should not have even been given to a customer. They’re burnt as well, as long as it took the staff to “cook “ the food I thought they were being made fresh. The young lady that took my order was very friendly.

I go there often for the three piece chicken tenders. The tenders are always juicy and delicious, and the drive through staff is always friendly.

we went in and there was like a line of 3 or so people and one of them had a confederate tattoo and the line was moving pretty slowly the floor was kinda messy (see attached photo) and when we finally did get our food the burger was so greasy that there was a pool of grease on the outside of the wrapper (see attached photo) and it was kind of sad looking (see attached photo) and the chicken sandwich had a lopsided bun (see attached photo) this is what I expect from McDonald’s not Hardee’s
