Hardee’s! This location is on point. I eat breakfast here once sometimes twice a week for breakfast. No matter who is working, I am always greeted with a smile and Professional Customer Service. The breakfast is outstanding, Also they have great iced coffee. The GM of this location is very nice as well and always enjoy being greeted by her.

Cheree is one of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered in a food service job. She was warm, friendly, and the perfect way to start a day. I stopped by for breakfast. Everything was perfect. Food was AMAZING. This is truly a five star Hardee’s and they are so lucky to have Miss Cheree there in the mornings!

My Husband and i went for a quick lunch here after our errands. Chicken tenders were hot and delicious. Brianne was very lovely and atmosphere was fun. Never been disappointed by this Hardees other than the slightly long wait times but that’s okay.

After a disappointing breakfast several weeks ago with slow service and missing items, I contacted the company and received an apology with an offer for two free meals. Unfortunately, after accepting their offer there was no follow-up or explanation on how to redeem them even after following up, and neither the DM nor corporate responded. What began as a frustrating experience ultimately felt dismissive, which sadly reminds me why I stopped going because of this location despite fond childhood memories of Hardee’s.

I think Shalaunda is so awesome. Always sooo nice and friendly. Her great smile is so professional and helpful with customer service. Archie is also another super great person there and does an awesome job preparing the food. Because of these two people is why Hardee’s is my go to place for breakfast.

I’ll start off by saying, the 2 employees working today deserve a pay raise and are extremely pleasant individuals. This location however obviously has a management issue. Much like the now closed Buffalo Wings and Rings in ETown. The restaurant was dirty from the tables to the floors to the counters. The only supplies/condiments were mustard and straws and there were no other employees present to relieve or assist the 2 that were cooking and working both the drive through and main counter. It took 30min to get a burger and fries at a fast food restaurant. I doubt there is an employee shortage in this town, just potential employees that may have heard about poor management practices. Anyway, like I said in the beginning, the 2 employees that were present were doing their best without any assistance on a Saturday afternoon. I wish them the best.
