Came through drive through in Russell springs and ordered smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit they seemed overwhelmed and when I got my food there was no bacon on the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the smoked sausage was old and overcooked!! When I called them the lady was hateful as if I were the problem

Walked in to the store at 5:00 pm on a Saturday. Restaurant was completely empty of customers. Walk up to the register to order only for the menu boards to be not working and when I asked the girl where their menu was I was met with a slightly annoyed “ we’ll do you have the app”. I shouldn’t need the app when I am standing in the restaurant. We then placed out order and waited much longer than it should have took while the employees all seemed to be migrating to what I would assume is the office. No reason everyone should be in the office when there are customers in the lobby. When we finally got the food the fries were completely burnt and too hard to eat. Every single table looked like it had t been wiped in hours nor the floor swept. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

Went through the drive thru Saturday morning met a highly rude employee not sure the name just he worked drive thru he was hateful to alittle girl that was taking orders bit my head off when he gave me the total. And took my money . I understand pressure but if u can’t handle the situation find a different position
