I ordered breakfast here on the final day of the year. I walked in as a gentleman was casually leaning over the counter talking to a lady behind the counter. He left and I was able to place my order. Never did the lady speak, even after I spoke to her. The advertisement on the menu showed a new grilled cheese breakfast sandwich, so I ordered it I’m a medium size combo. The order came up very quickly and I left as for the lady, she obviously has no sense of customer service. As I got down the road and began eating the sandwich was very salty, not sure if it was done deliberately or the results of the ingredients from sandwich either way as a customer I was not happy with the food or the service

The place was empty and it took almost 30 minutes to get my order . The chicken tenders were dark on the outside and not fully cooked on the inside. I ordered a # 2 from the menu and this is the first time that I got a wet bun & greasy bun . It literally melted !!!!! I was in a hurry to get back home . So I just threw the food away . I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS STORE!!!

Wife insisted I go to Hardee’s this morning. So, instead of going to a nearby restaurant, I drove the extra 5 miles each way because the times we’ve gone before service and food were stellar. I made sure to give 5 stars because for every bad review, there are a hundred unwritten good reviews that never happen.
Today was a completely different experience. From the bad service to the worse service when I drove all the way back to correct it. My mistake for expecting the order to be correct and not checking the bag before I left. Anyhow, it’s an hour and half later and I’m finally sitting down to eat. Day pretty well ruined since I was on a timeline. In the future we’ll stay in Madisonville and not waste our time. I’m sure we may give this location another chance but it’ll be a while, until then. My opinion and rating stays.

Went in at 0400 the lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. Gotta chicken sandwich combo, not sure if i was just extra hungry or what but that was the best chicken sandwich ive had. Thanks!

Literally watched the guy lean over my food forearms touching them while he talked to the girl who was pulling my chicken out or the frier. Never ordering here again don’t like my food with a side of hair, sweat, and spittle from you speaking directly over it.

So initially the food was lacking. It was lacking the beef! However before I realized there was no patty it still tasted delicious. But that’s not the reason I’m throwing them 5 stars. I notified the employees that it was good but lacking the primary ingredient. The meat! I had absolutely no problem getting the issue resolved and their attitude and professionalism about the situation was top shelf. They remade the burger and apologized for the incident. We are all human and I even forget things from time to time.

Breakfast at Hardee’s used to be a daily ritual for my husband and a family tradition every Sunday before church. Their biscuits used to be our favorite, but lately, we’ve been disappointed. Over the past month, every time we’ve gone, the biscuits have been so hard that we couldn’t even eat them and had to throw them away. Trying to reach them by phone but it’s always busy. Even when we ask for softer biscuits when ordering, our request hasn’t been honored. At the drive-thru, when we checked, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. For nearly $14, we expected better quality, especially since we often end up only eating the sausage from our three sausage and cheese biscuits. As a result, we’ve decided to boycott Hardee’s for now.
