This store is very unprofessional and un organized especially the Hardee’s located inside. There were people sleeping in the lobby over there and also no cashier in the Hardee’s to be found from 4:20am-445am someone appears to be in the back but did not acknowledge me the customer at all. I went over to the Loves employee (older woman with short black hair) and her if anyone was working over in Hardee’s , because it appears that they are ignoring me . She responded, an said she would let them know over the store intercom. Which she did, I then went back over to the Hardee’s. Where I still continue to be ignored for another 5 minutes. Then a man I assume was an employee there at the hardees came from the loves store side to take my order. This guy was not even in uniform. He was however nice , but when asked about the other employee that was clearly ignoring me. He tried to defend him by saying did not know how to work any of the equipment/ he was playing music or had headphones in . Which I believe is false that specific employee did see me at the counter, he looked directly at me. Also there no music playing in the cooking area as well . I did get my food I originally planned to order but it was still made incorrectly. I had been waiting soo long already I just didn’t bother to go back in .
I am a traveler and did not expect my experience at one of my favorite truck stops/ restaurants to be this horrendous.. No customer should have been treated this way . I do not recommend going to this location for anything at all..

Food was great. Except like in other reviews not enough gravy for the b&gs. I ended up ordering a side of gravy so I can finish up the biscuits. It took a while. Then they bagged it up and put other stuff in it. I originally said to stay for everything and they still bagged it and put to much stuff in their that I did not need. So like most places I will leave on table so hopefully it gets used but I know it’s probably going to get thrown away. I understand most people don’t give a damn about being wasteful. But every little bit waisted cost the company more, which eventually cost the customer more.

So I am a trucker and this restaurant is inside the Loves. I ordered the breakfast platter with a porkchop and omg it was amazingly well cooked. It was served on a a plate. Not a togo box. Everything was delicious. I didn’t know how awesome this was until you got to a Hardee’s in Tennessee. Hands down I ll make sure I stop here again.

I order the deal bag with two doubles. At first I was shocked at how fast I was served just to be very disappointed because my burgers had cold dry left out patties on them along with one of the burgers having two bottom buns on the same burger, almost as if maybe someone returned them before. The whole burger was cold and stale. The fries were cold and sitting out for a while as well. I took one night of each item and decided to just throw it in the trash. Wasn’t worth my time to ask for it to be corrected. On top of that, I didn’t notice until afterwards but I was charged a $1 round up donation but no one even asked me about it first. I’m a long haul trucker and hands down, worst food I’ve ever had out on the road. To be honest if I would’ve asked for my food the be remade, it probably would’ve came back just as bad. Pretty rough looking bunch. The employees didn’t look like that had any shame for serving me that garbage. It’s not like they didn’t know the food was old. Whatever, places don’t care if they lose customers anymore, there are so many new customers to get over on. This review will probably be laughed at by the staff and manager anyway.

All employees in Oak Grove Kentucky at the Love’s Travel center that work at Hardee’s decided that it was play time so they close Hardee’s down at 8:00 at night knowing that the store hours was no manager on site that we could talk to at Love’s or Hardee’s the Love’s employees were being lazy sitting on their phones and not helping at all the coffee was cold and the other ones were empty the rollers were burnt and not a soul in sight could help us my 3-year-old son tried to eat a cold hot dog on a Hardee’s table that had chemicals spread all over it because everybody was too wrapped up playing to clean it play we buy fuel at Love’s

Nice people at the counter. The place is clean. The food tastes fine. I’ve had breakfast at this location twice. The biscuit and gravy only comes with half a container of gravy. I like to break my biscuit in half and have enough gravy to cover both halves. Excellent shake.
