Ordered a burger with lettuce and tomato, fries and a drink combo and THIS is the burger I got for $9.51! At LEAST put a patty on there to cover the bun! Hardee’s will not be on my lunch list anymore!

Never had Hardee’s biscuits till I started working out here in Bowling Green, Ky. Thier chicken biscuit is taste better then McDonald’s and so does thier bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Usually have good service.

The woman working the window this morning (8/16/25) is rude and nasty. She failed to give us our change so we waited at the window. She flung it open and said “what are you waiting for?!” Our response “our change.” She just looked ignorant and got our change. She’s rude and should be behind a wall somewhere and not in customer service. Our order was wrong, as well. Not waiting in the line again to correct it (it’s so backed up because she’s slow) but will definitely reconsider coming to this location again. What happened to the lady that used to work there every morning? She was phenomenal.

The young lady at the register working yesterday had a great attitude even though they were short staffed. Our food was hot and fresh.

Sandwiches have very little on them. One piece of tomato about the size of a silver dollar and lettuce just a little larger. They stopped offering fish sandwiches. Breakfast is still.pretty good although the bacon is paper thin. I stopped eating at Hardee’s lot of other places that are better.
