Andrea and Stephano were absolutely amazing. Andrea guided my wife Jane through our selection process to utilize our senior discount. She was more than helpful doing this. Stephano, who had cleaning duties was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job keeping the bathroom spotless – I tipped him for his outstanding work. Clean bathroom as so appreciated while we travel in our retirement. Andrea, the manager chatted with us, and we had the most uplifting conversation. At the end of our talk, we hugged like we were best friends. She was so sweet and did such a terrific job. We will certainly be back next time we are passing through this area from our home in Indiana.

Has of late you typically have one person doing drive through and walk up counter. It takes me longer to get my food the last 3 or 4 weeks. Can be frustrating at times. This is between 7 to 8 AM.
At times you have run our of coffee cream. Hard to belive.
FYI At night you’re outdoor sign on the corner is never illuminated. (Not on). I have heard from some in the community that you restaurant closes after lunch. You might try illumination for your sign in the evenings. Your hamburgers and sandwich are better than most others.

Do not use their app. Phone changed location and went to this store just for them to tell me they cannot refund my order and it’s out of their hands. Don’t believe that one bit. As a fast food manager I’m pretty sure we can all cancel orders if need be. Worst fast food restaurant in Murray. Still no help

Not only is the food here disgusting, but the General Manager David is one of the rudest individual’s I have had the displeasure of dealing with. About 5 days ago I ordered food from Hardee’s in Murray, KY. When I received my food, the chicken biscuit was burnt. My small hash rounds consisted of 5 in the bottom of the bag with the wrapper empty and unused. I ordered a plain biscuit to put my Frisco sandwich on & the biscuit was crumbled & falling apart in the wrapper. Also, I ordered a Dr Pepper, which was all carbonation. We called management and spoke to Bridgett who was very apologetic & wrote everything down with a promise to replace on our next visit. I didn’t have a car that day to come to the store, which is why we had done delivery through door dash. This happened about 5 days ago. When I went through drive-thru today to get the replacement food Bridgett was there and told me she would get this together and asked me to park where they could see me. The GM, David then came outside & asked for the food that was messed up. Well I didn’t keep this as it was 5 days ago and Bridgett never stated we had to bring that back in. He was very rude and stated he wasn’t going to replace the food. He stated if I didn’t like it that I could complain to corporate.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Hardee’s. The girl taking orders in the drive-thru was extremely rude and impatient from the start. I arrived around 10:00 a.m. and asked for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, but was told they were no longer serving breakfast. This was confusing, since the menu sign clearly states that breakfast is served until 12:00 noon.
When I paused briefly to look over the menu, she continued to rush me in an unprofessional way. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily hostile, and I ended up leaving without placing an order. Customer service like this makes it easy to take my business elsewhere, which is exactly what I did.

If you are stopping into Hardee’s in Murray, KY to take part in the Tuesday Tender Bender deal, you might want to wait a while. We were informed today that the deal was only available on line. According to corporate info, that is not true. But none of the employees know that. The cashier even called the manager to check and the manager said it was an on line deal. That is inaccurate, but until the corporate policy filters down and employees are trained, don’t go into Hardee’s expecting to get the Tuesday Tenders BOGO even after downloading the app.

When I first arrived at Hardee’s, I was informed they didn’t have the milkshake I ordered. They offered me another drink instead, which I declined, and then a cheeseburger, which I also declined due to an allergy. We agreed on substituting the milkshake with 3 chicken fingers, and I thought the issue was resolved.
However, when I got home, I discovered my sandwich had been replaced with the cheeseburger I had specifically refused, instead of the BLT (no bacon, with Swiss cheese) I had ordered.
I decided to call the store to arrange a fix. The first time, I barely began explaining before the woman on the phone rudely hung up on me. When I called back, the phone rang endlessly without anyone answering. My plan was to work out a time later in the day to pick up my correct order, but it was clear they had no interest in helping or providing good customer service.
I work with customers myself, and I know no company would train their employees to behave like this. This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
Edited: I changed my review to 3 stars because Hardee’s did get back to me within 24 hrs and refunded me for what I was shorted. The company itself and even the owner have a great service. The employee that hanged up on me when I informed them I received the wrong item not it all.

I got the primal burger…. it was pure sadness, a far cry from the picture displayed on the menu. One small sliver of prime rib, almost zero sauce and the burger was completely dry to the point where the bun tasted stale… the only plus side (and the reason they got two stars instead of one) is that the lady working the window was very nice and the fries were fresh and tasty. I don’t fault her for the burger, but it really was the most underwhelming meal I have had in ages, especially for $13.
