My wife and I came in to get breakfast and I ordered a number 7 it was a pork chop and biscuit combo. Upon opening the meal I discovered that My pork chop meal was a egg and cheese biscuit which was not what I ordered and the biscuit was hard as a frozen biscuit My wife’s biscuit was also hard as a frozen biscuit . Unfortunately we was unable to turn around due to a scheduled delivery that we was on and I’ve tried calling the store 12 times and line is still busy and no one will answer the phone. Very disappointed in service and this was after waiting at the counter for at least 4 minutes before even being acknowledged. I just wanted to speak with a manager to perhaps get a resolution and fix the issue but no answer on phone. For this issue I don’t recommend doing business with this location and we will definitely not be coming back. My wife isn’t going to be eating her breakfast either so we are out 14 dollars for krap sandwiches and krap service..

UPDATE; had good luck in the past, went by last weekend and not so good. Waited 35 minutes to get breakfast that was by far the worst I have ever had from this Hardee’s. Looks like they might want to hire some help. Not sure if we will stop again, we always top when going to Missouri, twice a year, never had to wait this long or had bad food.

Always have good food and good service at this Hardee’s. We have made this our breakfast stop when traveling, been to different Hardee’s and this one has always had good breakfast and service. Keep up the good work, thanks.

It was the worst experience ever! The food was not prepared as it is normally. I tried to call the number 10x with no pick up on the phone. They were not busy, as I drove back through to show them my problem. The manager was VERY VERY RUDE. I spent 40$ on what should have been 15$!- I presented one coupon and then a second order for just a small burger which I did not get. I will be going back again later to consult hopefully with a real manager, because the manager on duty was no where near even a good employee.

Waited for our food for 20 minutes to find it want even hot and fresh. Workers were slow moving even though they had multiple customers waiting. Would not recommend this location.

I asked hardee to fix my number 2 burgers with hot fries I got to the window it was already ready I asked him again was they fresh he said yes I knew he was lying I called back and the lady said she fixed them fresh what kind of magic was that she kept on lying saying they was fresh I watch him as soon as I got to the window he was bagging it up I told them I can’t eat it when it get cold because I don’t have any teeth charged me a dollar a cup for 3cups of ice and that’s not the first time they did that beat me out of 15 dollars just like that Nancy from mayfield ky

Your drive-thru employee was not friendly at all. Tonight. She acted like I was bothering her because I placed my order. She did not smile. She did not tell me to. Have a good day. I asked her how she was doing today and she shut the window in my face. When my order came up she opened the window, gave me my bag and close the window in my face a second time.

After getting home to find items we paid for missing from our order, we had to go back. Particularly now that everything is so expensive. The replacement fries were less than half full and the sandwich bun was burnt. Upon speaking to the manager about the issues, I was told that: 1) all the buns are the same. They all look like that (they don’t). 2) he doesn’t work the front line so he can’t help that the employees don’t fill the French fry containers more than half full, leave items out of orders, etc.
If he has no impact on how employees do their jobs, what exactly is he managing.
It boils down to this…when the price of everything continues to rise, people don’t want to spend $45 on a fast food meal that is inaccurate, incomplete, or burned. If the cost is double what it used to be (and my salary is not) I don’t think a minimum level of quality control is too much to ask.
