I went to Hardee’s tonight around 8:30pm I ordered a meal number 10 plain made it a large. Then I got 3 chicken sandwiches plain. When I checked them they were soggy and burnt. I called the restaurant to tell them about the food and they hung up on me two times. When my mother called back to tell them she was going to post the pics of the food on here they didn’t care and raised their voice so she raised hers back. It’s a shame you go somewheres to eat and they treat you like you’re less than them. These food workers get by with their disrespect while demanding you show them respect. It’s even worse when they have a manager that supports this type of behavior.

I usually like Hardee’s. But this time it was the worst I went about 2 PM today and I ordered chicken with fries. It was grilled chicken. It took a really while to come out, but once I got it and when I got home and I took a bite out of it, I couldn’t even rip it off, cause how hard it was the fries was OK and I could hear laughing in the back. Horrible service will never get lunch here again only breakfast.

Someone who appeared to be the manager was standing right outside the door smoking when we arrived. As we got out of our car, he went into the restaurant and got behind the counter and unfortunately was the one serving the food we would be eating. Upon getting our food, There was only one table out of the entire restaurant that was clean. There was one corner of the restaurant that had chairs up on the table… Not sure if they were working to repair something or if they had just mopped that area of the floor… doubtful. As we were leaving, the manager was standing back at the door smoking again. Had he used his time to wipe down some tables and improve the eating area, it would’ve been a much better use of his time. The food was just average. Will not be back.

My mother and I recently visited for breakfast, which had previously been a pleasant experience. However, this time the chicken biscuit was overcooked, my mother was incorrectly charged for a medium Coke instead of receiving a complimentary water cup, and I was initially informed that I could not add cheese to my order due to a coupon issue. When I requested the cheese on the side, the situation became increasingly unsatisfactory. Upon bringing these concerns to the manager’s attention, I was dismayed to be referred to in a dismissive manner and told that another manager would handle my complaint. Although the second manager made an effort to rectify the situation, I was left feeling embarrassed and wondering why the quality of the food and service had been so subpar, particularly given that we were paying customers expecting a certain level of quality. Do not recommend anymore.

Gravy was lumpy and tasteless clearly it was not prepared properly the biscuit was torn in half and the gravy was already added to it I was unable to chunk it up into smaller pieces and the counter person left the counter to go out and smoke pic included of her in front of the store smoking, plus she did not wash her hands before returning to work. It was not a pleasant dinning experience

A lot of people overlook consistency as a big key to success. I can tell you consistency is a huge part of success. Another morning at Prestonsburg Hardees and I came in and they were having some work done on air conditioner and of course, lawn care was being done, but no matter what’s going on I get the same great service and great food at a price that I can only call value.
So many other places I walk in and I get that look on their face as though they’re asking, why are you here?
Here at the Prestonsburg Hardees, when I walk in I get a smile and a welcome. I am probably feel more welcome here than I do at home. Great food great value great service.

Dined in yesterday with my sister. It’s usually fairly clean there and the food is usually pretty good. But not yesterday dried up burger patties and a little thin ham and cheese sandwich. I’m talking two little thin pieces of ham. And flies!!!! Were flying around and on the tables. I suggested eating there and it turned out to be a big disappointment. It was my birthday also. So there’s that. That was not a good experience. I apologized to my sister for picking that place. A lot of the food was thrown away. Do better.

Terrible. Milkshake and Tea tasted like water, plus the milkshake’s lid was broken. Burger was terrible, meat was dry, barely any condiments. Staff was rude. Do not come here.
