I called just now to see if they was open cause of our bad weather, well some guy answered and I said I was just calling to see if you was open he say (yes we are unfortunately) I said thank you he says ya and hung up. Wish I knew who that was. People like that push you away from a place. The food is great I can say that and tell the truth breakfast is amazing all is good on the food part but just the worker can make ya not want to come back.

Ate here this morning after a long night. I was grouchy and was a little rude to the young man behind the corner when we got there. The sign says mix and match breakfast sandwiches two for $5. However, they don’t offer that for all their sandwiches. So after talking to my children and everybody washing hands, I came back through and the young man at the register offered to put a coupon code in so we could get the breakfast sandwiches we wanted which were the bacon ones. It was above and beyond what he had to do and after having been rude to him I felt it was very graceful of him. Food was great. Coffee there is pretty good too. Restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. Would definitely return!

Was delighted to see a Hardee’s near the hotel I was staying at in West liberty Kentucky. Hardee’s was one of my favorite fast food chains growing up as a kid but the one in my hometown closed about a decade ago. I stopped in Knowing I didn’t have my wallet Which I left at the hotel accidentally but I knew had money on my cash app, and I paid with my phone at other businesses before . Unfortunately The pay with phone wasn’t working and the manager kindly covered my meal for me. His Customer service was amazing. He handled my issue with payment like a complete professional; calm, polite and very generous for covering my meal. Oh

I am never disappointed whenever I stroll in here every other morning the worker are very kind and fast! The worker named Caleb is especially kind and without a doubt serves his customers to his fullest. They always tell me to have a happy day

I ordered the candied bacon breakfast sandwich meal with OJ. The sandwich did not look anything close to what is pictured as far as bacon, but it did taste good. The hashbrowns were ok. The orange juice was bottled and tasted like I would expect. The cashier was really nice. I would go back here.

Spent $22 on 10 chicken strips, 2 small pops, and a small fry. Fries are not fresh and the chicken strips are old and dried out! Definitely not fresh.

I went here for lunch one day. There were five people behind the counter and it took them every bit of five minutes to acknowledge my presence. There were no other customers in the place, now I see why. You can’t complain to Hardee’s corporate anymore, too. That should tell you something. Hardee’s as a whole used to be great. Now, not so much.
