Stopped here to try and grab some food at 1150 AM on a Friday. Stood as the only person in line for 10 minutes. Three separate employees behind the counter looked at me, but no one helped me or even talked to me to say one moment please. Just passing through, but I would recommend that anyone avoid this place.

Waited in line for 20 minutes they were very busy after I ordered. The just threw the receipts on the counter and had no idea who’s order to fill 1st worst Hardee’s experience ever.

Service acts stuck up and almost always messing up order’s. And always go inside even if you want takeout cause they will make you pull forward worse than McDonald’s will unless you go inside and order. They just slap you food together.

To be honest I am not a big fan of fast food in general, if I have the alternative of a local place I would do that, but in this area there’s not many alternatives. It was my first time ever in Hardee’s, they don’t have a salad alternative and even the kids meals were really high in calories for a fast food for a kid. The place was clean and the workers welcoming but the service was really slow. To be fair it seems like they didn’t have full staff. I usually try to look for the positive, they didn’t have loud music and made the atmosphere quiet.
If you like Hardee’s food I guess it would not be different from other stores. I wouldn’t know this was my first time and I guess last.

This location has deteriorated so much! If you visit after breakfast, you will be waiting for a long time. I recommend that you go inside to order so that you can watch the cooks. We caught them not wearing gloves to prepare our food, and when we asked for them to do it again, they pretended to throw the food away, only for us to SEE the crew member move the SAME food back to the line to try to give to us. We asked for a refund and left.

The General Manger came out to check on us asked us if we needed anything & thank us for choosing Hardee’s. Very professional. I would most definitely stop in again!
