Service is always great! We’re always greeted with a smile. These folks work hard and still treat us great no matter how busy they are. Additionally, they clean very regularly. When the rush kinda slows, the staff cleans and wipe tables. Clean the restrooms, which is something I don’t see often at other restaurants. Very happy with Maysville Hardee’s. Apparently, everyone else is too, because the breakfast drive through is always super busy. A+++

The food was okay. But when I asked for sweet tea. It tasted like pure sugar water. I asked for another cup to get so.ething else to drink and the one working the register was rude and snobby. By the way her name was Michaela D.

Order biscuits and gravy with an extra biscuit and grape jelly to go. When I opened the gravy and poured it ob my biscuits found a bkake hair about 6 inches long in the gravy. Had to throw the meal away .

First time coming to this Hardee’s myself. I am unsure if there were more staff other than the one person I saw today, but the service was rather good if they were alone.
The wait at the speaker was non existent, they were immediately ready for us as soon as we pulled up (does not usually work that way when a place isn’t busy). The person taking the order was very polite and was able to help navigate the special requests from everyone I ordered for. After ordering, the wait for the food was around 8 minutes or so (not bad for a larger order) and the employee apologized for the wait (I never think this is necessary, but it is always appreciated).
Not a single item was missing or incorrect from our order. As mentioned before, I am unsure how many staff were working today, but if it was just the one, kudos to you and your work ethic.
Food was hot and fresh all the way home (except the fries but they were small orders).
I know it is “just a fast food place” but when they do things as efficiently as this, I believe it deserves a shout out.

I usually love eating here but lately it gets worse every time. Today I ordered my usual loaded omelet bisc. They are my fave. Not today tho. It barely had anything in it. It also had been sitting for awhile cause it was cold an had the hard edge an dull look food gets when it is old. It was the worse one ive ever had

I would highly recommend this place to anyone if they want a great meal. Mainly because the food is awesome but also because of the friendly atmosphere. The employees are extremely nice and help out with anything needed. 10/10great place for great food and a relaxing meal.
