On 11/8, I was recovery from surgery, when my mom picked up a cinnamon raisin biscuit to bring to me. My favorite! I was having the worst day. When I opened up my cinnamon raisin biscuit, it had the cutest smiley face. It brightened up my day, when I needed it most. I absolutely love this Hardee’s! The staff are always so kind & friendly, and the food is always fresh. Thanks, Hardee’s, for the smile when I needed it most!!

Tara was wonderful, ordered my food at the wrong location! The window person immediately called Tara and she asked me what I bought, called the cooks to make it and then called the other store let them know I was picking it up there! This was great service! Other places would automatically send me to the other store! So props to her and the team for taking care of me!

Good Hardee’s that is consistent with the brand. The biscuits are fluffy and buttery and the staff are helpful and friendly. I can not really speak on lunch, but the breakfast biscuits are good.

The food was great but the prices are getting ridiculous. Fast food shouldn’t cost nearly $30 for two people. The service was a bit slow, and the restaurant definitely needs cleaning and a refresh. This location is always busy so it’s time the franchise or the company put some money back into it.

Joining my rewards for a free sandwich didn’t work. It states that if you purchase an item for a 1.00 or more on the app or in the restaurant, you receive a free sandwich. I ordered 2 meals, and the VERY RUDE manager wouldn’t honor the free sandwich offer because I forgot to add it in the checkout on the app. But it states in the restaurant as well ??? What a scam and the tables were dirty….. Oh well, needless to say, I’ll be deleting the app and not going to Hardee’s anytime soon. Update: they responded and sent me a link. Never got back to me after that.

The atmosphere was electric and I got to experience what makes Richmond a unique town. The fans cry out for a true football team, yet sadly have an incompetent coach (LNB3).
