Great customer service at hardees . Friendly workers. Ive gotta say that the food preparations kinda sucked on this day, several pictures show , the preparations for sandwitches kinda suck.the hot ham and cheese sandwitch( without hot ham and verry very little cheese) my burger was covered in ketchup, my chicken wrap was
looks as if its no type of care put into the foid i just paid for. Seems like our food at today’s prices would be prepared a bit better.. I’ve also got to say that the wrap wasn’t prepared well but the taste ofthe chicken was good and thr person who ordered the ham and cheese said the ham was ok.we ate the meals. So I’m thinking just a bit more attention in detail would make the restaurant more desirable to eat from.

What a joy at this Junction City location! When I arrived the drive thru was all the way in the road! The wait was still only 5-7 minutes. The food is amazing. I had the biscuit and gravy. The biscuit was so soft and the gravy was full of sausage. I highly recommend this location! Keep up the good work Hardee’s!

Awesome sausage but the biscuit makes it all. Have opened doors for carry out only. Still no eat in store, hallelujah and kudos to the manager for that hard decision. Still the best Hardee’s restaurant for counties around. And get ready y’all. On 8/20/20, new items on the breakfast. I’m not gonna spoil and tell other than yummmm. We ordered the cashier got the order completely wrong and after we got our food it was wrong and the fries were cold, it was unacceptable, the manager was very rude hateful and disrespectful to us
All we wanted was her to fix and replace our order so that it’s right
The cashier did end up apologizing to us for getting it wrong in the first place but the lady manager did not.

I’m quite tired of this establishment. We often eat here for breakfast of a morning and I’m constantly missing $10-15 worth of items. Unacceptable. I’m also not trying to drive 20 minutes just for them to make it right. At this point, the only thing I can say is don’t go through the drive thru without checking everything. We will not be eating here again
