They really outdone themselves on services and great hot food! I love the Frisco burger, (equalize to Harley Quinn’s Egg Sandwich), that’s my joy! And they fix this beautiful burger just for me! I honestly didn’t want to eat it they even fixed it perfectly! I absolutely loved it and can not wait to visit them before I go home. Give these people raises! They deserve the 15 hourly!

From the time I walked in until the time I walked out, there was at least 1 employee cleaning and the dining area smelled great! Food was as expected. Bathrooms were clean. Above par for Hardee’s in my opinion.

Everyone was friendly and fast. Unfortunately their front computers were down but the employees handles it very well and efficiently. Our burger were cold due to being made untimely to the very fresh fries we received. Ultimately lost a star due to big told the burger we order did not come with ketchup and then there being ketchup on only that particular burger.

Stopped and ordered a chicken biscuit combo, it was old and they didn’t have strawberry jelly. I went back and Ms. Cookie refunded our order and remade our food for us with the most positive attitude. Cookie is the epitome of great customer service.
