The food here is great around the night time and in the middle of morning. But during the night I notice some of the employees refuse to do right by the available manager on duty. The manager is sweet understanding and willing to work with customers but as I said the employees really bring the athmosphere downhill with the way they talk to him and around customers.

Whenever I pass a town with a Hardee’s it’s hard not to stop. The tacos were my all time favorite but I quit eating beef some years back so I ended up trying the chicken biscuit this time around. Honestly it was okay but nothing special lol. The workers were nice and the restaurant seem clean and in order.

Drive thru needs to double check bags vs. receipts. Combos should come with what’s included. Customers shouldn’t have to check behind the employee, or get home and find out I’ve been charged for something I don’t receive. One star for today.

Ordered a spicy chicken wrap, was so excited to try Hardee’s for the first time. Unfortunately I bit into the wrap and there was a thumbtack in my food!! I called the restaurant and they offered to make me a new one… they told me “I don’t know how that happened, claimed to not have tacks in the store”. I was not asking for another wrap just wanted to warn them incase it happens to anyone else. I am totally unpleased by there response and will be emailing headquarters about this problem.

Been an issue past several time I come. Typically they ask me to pull up once I pay when nobody is behind me and they will bring my food in an untimely fashion. Came here tonight 10/9 and had to wait 15+ minutes for food when I was the only one there buying food. Friends of employees kept coming in and getting food and was not being rung up. Employees behind counter playing on their phone and talking with several friends around counter. Other employees outside on west side of lot hanging out with group of friends.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and fries yesterday in the drive thru. They either pre-cook food items which apparently sit unsold for hours, or they decided to give me old food. The meat was cold and overcooked. The bun was abused and the extra tomato, lettuce and onions I paid for was PITIFUL. I went back inside to show them and they were embarrassed, blaming the new hire. Instead of recooking my order, they brought me a tomato and some onions to place on the sandwiches. SMH. Freaking insane!!
You normally get fresh, delicious food from Hardee’s, but not here. Sad to say, because I love Bay Springs, but I will NEVER return to this establishment ever. I’ll eat peanutbutter and jelly before I spend another dime here.

I managed to get fresh food. The fries are perfectly salted, the double cheese burger was good , sprite is well….. sprite, and the pastry was so good. The 5.99 thing is worth while. Overall, a 5 star experience. — The boy in the back of a 2005 sunfire.
