This morning my husband and I went through the drive-thru for breakfast. His sausage biscuits were fine and the hash browns were very fresh and delicious. My sandwich though…I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and seriously, I don’t see how you’re able to sell that slop. The egg was just rubber. I was hungry so I took the egg off to just eat the bacon and cheese, but the bread was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. Whole sandwich thrown in the trash. This used to be my go to breakfast place. Not anymore.

Sarah P was my cashier. She was very friendly and had a beautiful smile and great attitude while she was waiting on me. Another workers name was Charlie, She was very helpful also. I had questions about what was on sale and about the new breakfast burger. She was very helpful and polite.

This morning, I stopped for a cinnamon raisin biscuit. After I went in, I decided on a country ham biscuit along with the cinnamon raisin biscuits w/extra icing. I don’t mind paying 90 cents for the extra icing – IF I actually get it! If what I received was “extra” icing, then “normal” icing would have only been a drop! The ham biscuit was good.

This Hardee’s was in great shape and the service was exceptional. Our cashier (Amber) was incredibly helpful and even remembered who in our group of 5 ordered what. Making it so much easier on us as we did take out. Thank you!!!!

WOW!! BEST DAY FOR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! The incredible young lady who waited on us, her name was Falon, gave outstanding service! She took time to find out exactly what we needed, and then delivered it. She had MANNERS!! What a WONDERFUL employee you have found in Falon!!

Food tasted quite good. Would have been much better if they would have had ketchup and salsa. I was told they ran out plus napkins and supply truck was not coming in till tomorrow. I wondered if they could not have gotten some supplies from in town store until truck came in, but they might have been out too.

I got their bacon biscuit for breakfast. I should’ve checked before I went to work because when I got to work I ate half of the biscuit before I bit into what tasted sour/bitter. I spit out the bite i had and realized there was mold. I immediately went back to Hardee’s and asked for a manager. The manager was very kind and understanding. She gave me a refund with no problems. She was nice, polite, and professional about the whole situation, but sadly I don’t believe I’ll ever be back again. There are things that can be over looked, but mold in the food is a major health hazard and problem.

What a difference now that this Hardee’s has been refurbished. There is plenty of staff and the food is absolutely excellent. Courtney has one of the best customer service attitudes I’ve ever seen and I’m very anal about good customer service. You all need to go eat at this Hardee’s because the staff is absolutely wonderful. Beats that place across the street hands-down!
